  I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. They made promises they did not deliver on. I signed on but got authorization to postpone as I had serious health issues and was dealing with cancer at the time. I paid a lot of money for what I think was a 3 month program. The lead generation system was not what they promised. I was only interested in seller leads. They represented they were sending me seller leads which is what I was led to believe I purchased. Instead I was sent buyer leads that were represented as potential sellers wanting to sell eventually. I sent multiple emails indicating my dissatisfaction. I also emailed to let them know not to renew. They renewed and charged me anyway. I contested with my credit card company but have been in and out of the hospital for extended stays and must have missed some of the follow up. When I saw the charge recur on my statement and called my credit card company to explain that I hadn't received the dispute info. I was told the time had lapsed. I would never do business with these people again. All they cared about was getting their money not backing up their word or their product. I have numerous emails explaining that the service was not working for me and that I did not want to extend but they were all disregarded. I can't think of a sleazier way to do business than to take advantage of someone in their most challenging hours but they did. Regardless of the situation they made no efforts to remediate the damages.

  Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Eric Richardson did a great job explaining the platform giving me all the info I needed to make a good decision. Highly recommend this company if you're looking to add a new lead source to your real estate business.
