  I definitely got sold a false promise by this company. Ive worked with many different lead sources over the five years Ive been in the real estate business with of course varied results. When a sales *** from Qazzoo reached out to me, I expressed my reservations and of course they sold me on their bill of goods. I paid $800 upfront. my mistake. In the three months that Qazzoo was my lead service, I have gotten zero dollars in return! the leads that I called were either non-responsive (and im not talking after one call but a month of calls, texts and emails) or said that they never filled anything out asking for real estate help. At the end of the first month, I reached out to the company and expressed my concern at the type of leads that were being sent to me. My sales *** was nowhere to be found. I had to reach out multiple times before getting an answer. They promised to help me, but provided no further support. Working with this company was a waste of $800. Im both frustrated And upset at myself that I allowed them to sell me on their service. Future clients and buyers beware

  Be careful, this company stole $1,794 from me (equivalent to 6 months' worth of $299 per month). I signed up with this company for only 3 months; I gave them my credit card, then I decided to give it another try for another 3 months without a contract, and when I asked to cancel it, they said yes, didn't charge my credit card for one month but then, charged me every month even during the dispute months...I agreed to the first 6 months, but then they stole from me from December 2024 til June 2025
  I had to change my credit card as the only way to stop them... The leads I received were only people trying to buy foreclosure properties without cash..

  Christian called exactly when he said he would and walked me through my account and all the different features and functionality. He was very informative and clear on everything. I feel comfortable now using the platform and am ready to work leads.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
  Very deceptive business! I spoke to **** ****** during sign up in November 2024. I signed up for the 90 day standard service with no commitment. Paid via credit card- virtual receipt given. It shows there that I signed up for 90 days standard. I was told I could get a “free” website. I didn’t have one at the time, so I reviewed the shady contract for the “**********” website- saw that it could extend your contract past the date so I didn’t sign it and didn’t sign up. I wasn’t really using this service as I should- called back in February 2025 before my 90 days was up and all of my claim tokens expired- ask **** for additional time to use it. **** instead try to charge $99/mo for extra time. I declined. Called customer service and spoke to *****- ***** gave me 2 free months to use the extra time and it was set to expire- 4/7/25. So I made a note to definitely call and cancel it before then even if I hadnt used my tokens. Sent an email and called- finally got ***** again that’s when she told me I signed up for VIP 6month in Nov. 2024. Why would I have needed two month free if that’s the case? So I said my receipt does not say that but apparently it was a voice call when I authorized it, so I told her to send me the recorded call. On two separate times, she’s said she is sending it and I have yet to receive the recorded call by email. Today April 9, she calls back saying if I pay one more month it has been agreed that I can be released from the vip contract. So a total of 4 payments. I refused and asked for the recorded call. I have yet to receive the email yet!

  S***** LEADS! Don't waste your money or time. (Repeat that 100xs!) They're garbage leads. If I could give Qazzoo a 1/2 point or a zero, I would. I won't even waste more of my mine to tell you about my negative experience from sales reps to their manager. Lip Service with zero resolution yet they continue to agree with me.
