  I have read many different results from using this company. I will tell you mine. I was skeptical like most at first. I asked about how the leads work and what the potential outcome would be. In a nutshell, the leads are some more organic from different people looking up different sources to find a way to acquire a home or sell their home. Once they are interested, they fill out a form that explains what they are trying to do and why they're looking up Real Estate sources. From there, you have the option to pick the lead or surpass it. No obligation whatsoever. As with any lead generating company, they’re going to be people that state that they are not looking or not interested but if they did fill out a real estate questionnaire, then realistically, they had a motive for their actions to fill out the questionnaire. I was able to close a couple of deals last year, have some deals in the work and have some people in my soi from this company. In real estate, everything is a Numbers game so the more people you call the better chance of getting people who are interested. It is also about how you talk to them and treat them in comparison to trying to just immediately get them into a sale. This lead company works very well And I see leads come in every day so it is a very productive company actively trying to create quality leads. I understand that some people do not have as much success if I as I have had, but I do honestly feel like this is a good company, and I have worked with some exceptional people. One person I can highly recommend is ******. She has worked with me since day one and does everything she can to help me improve the quality of leads I receive as well as trying to save me money by calling when there are deals the company has to offer. I have never had an issue being able to contact somebody or get a response from Customer Service. This company has worked well with me to do what they can to ensure that I have quality leads coming in as well as quantity.

  I definitely got sold a false promise by this company. Ive worked with many different lead sources over the five years Ive been in the real estate business with of course varied results. When a sales *** from Qazzoo reached out to me, I expressed my reservations and of course they sold me on their bill of goods. I paid $800 upfront. my mistake. In the three months that Qazzoo was my lead service, I have gotten zero dollars in return! the leads that I called were either non-responsive (and im not talking after one call but a month of calls, texts and emails) or said that they never filled anything out asking for real estate help. At the end of the first month, I reached out to the company and expressed my concern at the type of leads that were being sent to me. My sales *** was nowhere to be found. I had to reach out multiple times before getting an answer. They promised to help me, but provided no further support. Working with this company was a waste of $800. Im both frustrated And upset at myself that I allowed them to sell me on their service. Future clients and buyers beware

  Be careful, this company stole $1,794 from me (equivalent to 6 months' worth of $299 per month). I signed up with this company for only 3 months; I gave them my credit card, then I decided to give it another try for another 3 months without a contract, and when I asked to cancel it, they said yes, didn't charge my credit card for one month but then, charged me every month even during the dispute months...I agreed to the first 6 months, but then they stole from me from December 2024 til June 2025
  I had to change my credit card as the only way to stop them... The leads I received were only people trying to buy foreclosure properties without cash..

  DO NOT PURCHASE!! Just like all of the other reviews. This company is a horrible lead generation company and I told them after 7 days that I didn't want to continue the service. They continued the service and quit responding to my calls, text and emails.

The leads are high quality, the platform is easy to use, and their team is always responsive and supportive.   ********* is the most patient and persistent onboarding guy around! I am a very busy realtor and he never gave up on me for my 20 mins of time. Thank you for not giving up on me!! I promise it’s not usually like this for me, it just so happens all the balls are in the air and I’m trying to catch them one by one.
