      We are a family that does not have home improvements done very often because it always seems like a stressfull experience. HOWEVER, we contacted NewPro Home Improvements about repacing 2 tubs in our home for a stand alone shower stall. They responded immediately to our call, set up an introduction within a couple days, and the ***** ****** and **** spent close to 4 hours with us explaining everything! This included product, timeline and pricing. They were able to set us up with a payment plan that will work beautifully. On day of installation **** arrived promptly at 8 am and installed 1 whole shower by 2:30 in the afternoon. He was professional, polite, friendly and showed care for our home. He finished the 2nd one the next day and we could not be more thrilled. We will be looking to NewPro for all our home improvement needs from now on! I also liked that they are family owned in ****, and support local workers. Highly recommend!

      **** did a fabulous job on the tub to shower conversion and new floor installation. Explained everything I needed to be aware of. Very professional and was meticulous in clean up when the job was done. I will definitely use NEWPRO for any future home improvements.

      New Pro was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The first person that came to visit, tell me about the products, and give an estimate was ****. He was knowledgeable, respectful, approachable, and great at making me feel confident in my choices and financing options. Between booking & installation **** left the company. I was nervous at first, but customer care was top knotch! ******* in the office was also great at answering questions and being responsive. Finally, I had ***** on install day and I cant rave about him enough! Kind, professional, respectful, approachable. He coordinated with the plumbers on that day and when I needed some electrical work to finish the project, arranged for the electrician to come the next day. ***** can back that next day with my final paperwork, a printed copy of the warranty, care instructions, etc. He made sure I was pleased with the install and answered any and all questions. I would recommend *********** Pro to anyone. Looking forward to my first shower in the new set up. Thank you! Great Team and professionalism all around.

      *****************, NewPro technician, arrived on time. He removed the old moldy caulking around the bathtub, cleaned and re-caulk. He also adjusted the loose hand shower and other parts in the bathtub. After finishing the job he showed me the job and he advised me how long I should wait to let the caulking cured. The bathtub looks NEW! Thank you, **!
