      We thought having NEWPRO install our windows would be a breeze after reading reviews. Surprise, the quality of the workmanship was poor at best. A one day installation turned into our house being open and in disarray for over a month. Inside finish work was terrible and we are still trying to fix things. They used poor materials and left all the painting for us to do. Buy the paint, call what we could, prime and then paint. We were told by one of the crew bosses that he would talk to his supervisor and try and get us a break on some kind of reimbursement. We even had to supply siding on the outside of house to replace the several pieces that the crews broke and destroyed. We are still fixing mess *** they left us. I dare not call them back to repair anything. ****** learned, I would never recut his company to even build a dog house. I would tell anyone looking to have work done stay clear of NEWPRO and keep lookin. ********

      Very professional, quality materials, friendly installer. ***** did great job start to finish, insured he protected his pathways and cleaned up afterwards. In on time and completed my bath to shower conversion in one day.

      We decided that the time had come to upgrade our bathroom with a walk-in shower and selected Newpro to complete the conversion. The conversion which was recently completed,exceeded all of our expectations. The materials used were top notch and the craftsmanship exhibited by Newpro installer ******* ******** was a ten out of ten.

      We had our old porcelain tub with a bath fitter unit removed and a new walk in shower installed by New Pro. We were pleased with the fact that the process went smoothly and exactly as it had been presented by the salesman. The installer ************************* was very personable, reviewed everything that he was going to do with us and kept us informed of any minor adjustments along the way with trims etc. He also paid extra attention to transition details which were critical in this small space and he did an excellent job of maintaining our existing floor which was a big criteria for choosing NewPro because we love the floor and it is not very old LVT but it is no longer available so we would not be able to purchase any additional material for patching. The end result is very nice and we are very happy with the product and the work. I would definitely recommend NewPro if you are considering a bathroom renovation.

      Second time using NEWPRO for replacement windows and very satisfied. Windows are excellent quality. ***** and *******, the installation techs, were efficient, friendly, and did a wonderful job!

      Weve had Newpro replace all of our windows in our home and they did a beautiful job. Yesterday 6/5/24 we had them come back and install a walk-in **** for us. We are so pleased with the job they did for us again. We will be using this company again in the future. A special shout out to the installer whose name was *****. He was very professional, courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the install. I give ****** and ***** 5 stars. ** and ***************************************
