      *********** does not honor its words to its customers. Problems began in July 2023, and nothing has been resolved. NewPro bought out Remodel USA in 2025.June 2025, I sent NewPro the requested photos of the unfinished work in my home, and since then, Ive followed up multiple timesby phone, email, and text. As of today, theres been no response, no repair visit, and no progress. That kind of silence breaks trust and falls short of what I know Remodel USA and NewPro stand for.Remodel dropped off bathroom wall panels that have been sitting in my bedroom since July 2024, over a year. Theyre heavy, cant be moved easily, and serve as a daily reminderboth physically and emotionallyof work left incomplete. Plus, ****** ********* team disconnected the tub that Remodel installed, and now I am unable to relax and enjoy the comfort of a tub that I had envisioned would give me a spa-like experience.A September 14, 2024, letter from ****** ******* and his team outlined a clear list of repair commitments in writing. I honored that agreement in good faith and expected the same in return. Unfortunately, those commitments remain unmet..In addition to the items outlined in ****** ********* September 2024 letter, I am requesting that the following be completedat the full expense of Remodel USA and/or NewPro:A replacement bathtub New mirrors and bathroom light fixtures Wall panels installed that are correctly fitted to eliminate visible gaps between the wall and floor A new tub filler Full painting of the bathroom

      ************* installed a double door and 6 windows at our house. The work they did was exceptional. I live in an older/historic home and they worked hard to meet the demands of the historic commission of my town. They were very professional and took time to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend them

      **** *. from NEWPRO just finished installing a walk in shower for me. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the beyond excellent service he provided. Personable, professional, reliable, meticulous... the list could go on. The shower is gorgeous and the guarantees are solid. For me, a big selling point for NEWPRO is everything is done in house with no outside contractors. They even have their own repair teams should you ever need one. Everyone i dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!

      We had doors, roof, windows and siding replaced, and it was all great. On time, good communication, no surprises. Very friendly, hard-working and always kept their word.Recently needed touch-up paint to fix a ding we made in door. They happily sent over a guy with the package, who arrived exactly when promised and cheerfully dropped off the paint. Shout out to him, ** ******. And thanks to *** for sending him out!Maybe a little pricey but definitely worth it.

      We bought a storm door from them. Recently the screen ripped and the door doesnt close tightly so we called as it was under warranty. They cancelled our appointment twice. The first time I had been waiting at home when they called to cancel during the window. Then they called to cancel the next appointment the day before. When it takes 3 weeks to schedule a new appointment and Im blocking time for this, its poor customer service.

      ****** gutted our 1958 tub and tile and replaced with beautiful walk in shower. He was at our home promptly if not early and worked non stop for hours. He is a super nice guy who seemed very meticulous with his work. We are very pleased with the work he did.
