  ********************* came to my home today (10/17/2022) in regards to the vinyl coating peeling off some of the flashing on the window ***** of 3 windows. He did an excellent job. He is very personable, and came with all he needed to do the repairs which he expertly did. I am very pleased. Besides having a great product Newpro is fortunate to have ************************ like **************** on their staff.

  ******** called to let me know what time he expected to arrive and he was here on time. He was courteous and professional. He knew what he was doing and it took him less than fifteen minutes to ****************. He provided excellent customer service!

  Product was great once it was completed !what was supposed to take two days to install a shower took eight.Newpro tech did a fabulous job. *************************** stayed until the job was completed and clean. The big problem is Newpro contracts out the plumbing!This plumber left after checking on his man doing the job, he never stayed long enough to call the town to inspect the job.He called back 3 days later saying he cant get the town back.Newpro tech couldnt complete the install without plumbing signed off first!Seven days after the start of the job.bath ripped out,they both came back,finished the next day,finally.Never again Newpro!!

  I am giving *****, the technician who came out today to rip out and replace my caulk in my tub the five stars. This is the sixth time my new tub had to be repaired.The technician, ***** was very knowledgeable polite and professional. He took the time to explain the recommended cleaning supplies and confirmed we have been using the recommended items. He answered all our questions. He made the tub area look brand new again.

  I had Newpro send someone out to repair and adjust some windows in my home. ****** called first with an ETA and was promptly there! He was very professional and courteous, showed him the problems and he got right to it. He showed me how my windows worked and how to prevent problems in the future in case any of the windows were not aligning correctly. I learned a lot about my windows and felt very good about the whole experience. I am happy with the quality except for the metal stops - they obviously break too easily and seem as though the metal is too thin for the window itself. Otherwise great product and very efficient. ****** was the icing on the cake though, as he made the customer service end exceptional! ********************** definitely has the best customer service in their wrentham office. The receptionist was also very helpful and courteous on the phone when I called. She called me back for an appointment which is unheard of these days when trying to get customer satisfaction. Like I said they put the customer first and it showed! Thanks again

  I had NewPro windows installed several years ago. Recently, while cleaning them one of the windows got off the track. In trying to rectify that I broke one of the fittings along the side of the window. I called NewPro and they scheduled a technician to come out to the house. Yesterday, ****** came and within a few minutes he had it fixed. He took the time to show me how to avoid that happening again in the future. The whole experience left me happy that I had decided to go with NewPro all those years ago. They really do back these ****************.
