      My window came out of the side clip. I had an appointment for 12/1, ***** called on 11/30 to ask if he could come sooner. He fixed the issue and showed me what happened and how I could fix it for future reference.

      I am from *************, this company is very rude to me that I sign the contract but something came up very important could not do it call them up , they told me that I have to pay 1/3 of the payment without any work pls homeowners dont use this company at all.

      We love our NEWPRO bay windows! ********************** and **** did a great job replacing the bedroom window. **** and *** did a great job on the living room window. We will use NEWPRO again.

      WARNING!!! This company was an absolute nightmare. They did NOT deliver any of the bathroom solutions as advertised. The work performed was horrible. There were mistakes after mistakes and just terrible craftsmanship. After 4 attempts of delivering what was promised, I have had to hire a lawyer to cover the costs if re-hiring a new company to now fix the mess in my bathroom.

      As a former contractor I am very particular. *********************** was my PM, and ******, Issak and their crew were my ******* and installers. It was a sizable job replacing siding and rot on my home. My experience of many years comes into play being hyper sensitive to workplace protocol. Here is where these gentlemen excelled. 1. Communication 2. Respect of worksite.3 timelines and work ethic 4. Neatness and organization 5. Quality of workmanship 6. Communication in regard to unforeseen conditions. 7. Follow up and clean up I am delighted with the job, and will be saving to finish yet another large portion of my home , and windows. I also want to point out the electricians who came on site. ***** electric was spot on and honest, and were fantastic. They pointed out failures in fixtures, and were super easy to work with! They even found the lightbulbs I needed! Great job!!!FANTASTIC WORK ON ALL INVOLVED!!!
