      ********, Our family, was having issues with the corner shower, for a while. NewPro, sales person came in, looked around in the bathroom. Once she explained the product that was going to be better than what was there. We accepted the new shower and what NewPro had to offer. No more leaks. The day of the install, The installer and the plumber, explained in detail each step of what they were doing. He made sure all of the items were out of the room, during the removal of the old shower. He even cleaned up after what he did when done. Even giving the sad news, another coworker will have to come back to install the doors. The installer, was very professional and courteous. He even took the time to talk about what was around him, work and family life. The bathroom looks great. Thank you.

      The window installers, ****** and ****, could not have been more professional. They completed the installation efficiently to a professional standard, as would be expected of a reputable company. The final product is much appreciated. ****** and **** are a credit to NEWPRO and represent the company well.

      **** the installer did an incredible job. The windows look terrific. The biggest problem was that we had new windows in old window openings, nothing was square and even the casings didn't line up but when he was done the windows looked like they were a brand new set of windows. Everything lined up and everything looked plumb and square and the windows operated flawlessly. New Pro is a pretty good window

      Professional, high quality, and quick! Newpro had ****** and **** out to our home well within the expected window and I was impressed how quickly and effectively the two of them got our 5 windows installed in just one day. (They were also very courteous about our animals and making sure if they had to pass through the back yard that the gates were closed if the dog was out :D). After years of drafty bedroom windows the family has been able to sleep comfortably again with minimal disruption from the install process. These guys were great and we'll definitely go with them again when we eventually need our other windows replaced.

      The NuPro team that did my siding and insulation were great very efficient and professional did a great job I would highly recommend this team for any job,very polite and courteous,and worked well together

      ***** arrived on time. Explained what he needed to do and did it. Problem solved! All showed me a helpful hint to make it easier for the windows to open and close.

      ******* did an amazing job with our bathroom installation and the plumber was good at addressing previous issues. Although the job took longer than expected I was pleased that the job was done correctly, with the installer staying late to complete the job. Our House is over 100 years old. They corrected many previous problems to insure the bathroom would last for the long term.

      My window came out of the side clip. I had an appointment for 12/1, ***** called on 11/30 to ask if he could come sooner. He fixed the issue and showed me what happened and how I could fix it for future reference.
