    Grabull is awful. I only ever use them when I have to -- which is for a single restaurant.

    You wildly overcharged me. When I went to p ick up my food MYSELF I saw the actual charges. I will never use your service again.

    I paid an additional fee to Grabull in order to just go down and grab my order. When I arrived at the restaurant, at the designated pick up time, my order was not even retrieved by the location. Apparently the tablet was not on. They were very professional and began the order right away and delivered it without charge about 45 minutes later. I was a good product as well. But by being so late the staff intending to consume it were no longer able to do so in a relaxing manor. I think Grabull should have a a log in by a designated time, or an automatic reminder call is placed.

    Delivery driver yelled from the street for me to come to him?! It was freezing cold & I was in my pajamas but he kept yelling.

    The amount charged to me by the restaurant was lower than what was quoted in the order I placed online and that was lower than what was charged to my credit card. This is a bad way to fleece the customers.

    We arrived early to pick up our order and the staff was kind enough to let us sit and eat our delicious order!! Sake nigiri and the * street roll FTW!!

    I ordered through their website and when I selected a side it automatically set it to Qty 5. I had to call the restaurant and tell them do not want 5 sides of fries, just one. Then call Grabull for a refund. Then wait while the called the restaurant. I still haven't seen a confirmation # for a refund.

    Beware! Check receipt. I had to submit a ticket because they overcharged me.
