    Not sure if it is Grabull or the way the site was configured by the restaurant but there is no transparency on the fees charged by Grabull since both fees and taxes are not broken out. I paid as a guest without first creating an account and logging in so I was surprised that it went from checkout WITHOUT a summary of what was ordered and price breakdown to a page asking for your credit card info and pushing the order through.

    Less than 48 hours after using our Debit Card to place a purchase with a local restaurant via the Grabull service, that card was illegally used to make two expensive purchases from eneba.com. I am still working with my bank to reverse the charges, which is taking hours of my time. I contacted Grabull to notify them that they have a security issue the same day the unauthorized charges hit our debit card. The customer service representative told me they would discuss this with their manager and call me back, and now two days have passed without any contact. While an employee at Grabull could have abused our Personally Identifiable Information, it is also possible that they have a major security issue with their website or backend services, as eneba.com is a clearing house for highly fungible and difficult to trace game gift cards. I would not risk placing an order via Grabull, unless your idea of a good time is waiting on hold with your bank while you struggle to reverse unauthorized charges.

    There was 15 minutes left for the restaurant to close. I called the restaurant and they said the order was ready but they would close soon. I rushed to pick it up myself. When I reached the restaurant, they had handed it to the driver. I guess this is more on the restaurant than the delivery service. Also the food was not packaged properly. Soup spilled

    **************** called to let me know my order was placed with an incomplete address and updated my information so I was still able to receive my order in a timely manner. I was pleased with the delivery service.

    The delivery driver left our food outside without notifying us that it had been delivered. It sat outside in the rain for at least 20 minutes.
