    It was pretty difficult to use, and I couldn't get any status updates on my order. It came late, and when I called customer support I had to wait for a bit before talking to someone. They told me the driver was on the way to the restaurant, but that was all the info I had. If there was a way to add more status information on orders, and if the original restaurant was more accessible, I would have enjoyed it more. The restaurant I ordered from was fantastic -- this service for the delivery was less than ideal.

    Well, food was delivered in a timely matter. But this email regarding if my order was delivered or not came in 24hrs later. Doesn't delivery person supposed to informed you?Also, the checkout process is shady. There's not breakdown of the fees being added to order, until after order has been placed.Don't like Grabull, will stay away from this service. Has lots of improvements to be made.
