    I have ordered from the same restaurant many times before with less fees, quicker service, and the correct tip amount being applied at time of order. Grabull is the worst delivery service app I have dealt with yet, with higher fees, longer wait for my food (which I know isn't the restaurant's fault) and to top it off it showed no tip on my confirmation screen after placing order and on my email receipt (I selected 15% tip option before placing the order) so I tipped the driver in cash... and now a couple days later I have an additional $10.00 on my credit card statement from Grabull which I assume is the tip that should've gone through originally. I don't mind the driver getting an extra tip but I certainly will never use Grabull again.

    I have ordered several times from this app and noticed each time the emailed invoice did not match my credit card statement. Please check your statements to make sure you are being charged the correct amount. My statement was always charged an additional $2.00 more than the invoice. The invoice had already included the tip and was an itemized receipt. When I called each time about being charged more on my credit card statement they never seemed surprised and very nonchalant about it. It isn't a lot but if this is part of their regular practice I wonder how many people did not notice the additional charges and taken advantage of. I plan to follow up with the *************************

    0 STARS FOR GRABULL!!!!! My family and I waited two hours for pizza to be delivered when ordered through this app. When I called the pizza shop (mind you they had already closed), they told me that they have tried to stop using this app, but it is the link that customers are directed to no matter how many times they try and have it redirected to another app. I was informed that the app takes the order, never sends it to the pizza shop and keeps the customers money. The pizza place was AWESOME in helping us, especially since they had already closed for the day and delivered us our order after hours. The owner stayed late after closing to make it for us. I disputed the charge to the card and we paid the pizza shop directly with a hefty tip. **** never use this app again and will just call in the order. Support your local business!

    ***** Pizza was recommended to me and i loved it! Food was quickly prepared and delivery in under an hour! Everything was delicious and exactly made to order

    The order was difficult to place and pay for. My order was for pickup which I got and the food was excellent, but I got a follow up email as to whether or not I received my order. ??What?? Of course I received it. I picked it up. I guess they cant differentiate delivery orders from pickup orders.
