      Please note: This is not a complaint but rather a third party dispute from a consumer that has a past due payment obligation due our client.  Furthermore, this consumer never contacted our office directly for assistance. This dispute is virtually identical to other generic / mass produced / template disputes we routinely receive from Credit Repair Organizations (CROs.) Although federal law does not require a response to a dispute sent by or with the assistance of a CRO, our office will respond to this dispute with the consumer directly.

      Dealing with this business is awful. They are very rude and are not helpful at all. After agreeing to have them take out my agree upon amount they took out the first payment but then didnt on the second. I received a letter saying that I failed to pay even though I had the knowledge that it would be automatically taken out of my account. When I called to find out why, the lady said it wasnt her problem and that I needed to pay my bills on time. When I asked to speak to someone else that could help me since she couldnt provide me with the reason as to why this happened, she denied that request. Its frustrating as it is when it goes to collection. Its even worse dealing with people like this business who hire people who have zero respect for their customers.

      It shows a date of 8-19-3 for ***** for labcorp but I never went to labcorp and they want me to pay this bill how can it go to collections when I never got a bill from labcorp. Not sure if this is a scam

      I have only been seen at quest never ever have I done business with that company. Nor does my dr!!!!

      I will say again I have never used Lab Cor my insurance only covers quest!!!!! I was never at lab cor and I have no idea who went to lab cor!!! Quest requires my license and I am not paying for a service I never used unless they can show proof it was me!!! I am not paying

      I'm not liable for this debt with ALLSTATE FIRE CASUALT INSURANCE. I do not have a contract with the ccs companies, also known as credit control services, also known as credit collection services. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Im being charged $10 for car insurance with a company I never had car insrance with. I called then for a quote and never pursued it bc I had gotten into a car accident. I stayed with my old cmoany ***** and never switched to Farmers.
