  My recent trip to ********** far exceeded expectations. Our tour director and bus driver worked well together. The tour director was so knowledgeable in history, birding, environment, etc. which added so much. The restaurants that were arranged were fabulous. And the sites and company of all of the women was so much fun!

  Been on two trips with EF so far (Three of you count the one in high school in 1992.) They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of.if something happens.

  I've used this company three times, and each time I've had a very good experience. The tour directors are outstanding. The hotels are good. The bus driver was good. The tour director added many more things that were not even on our itinerary! So the tours totally exceeded my expectation.*************, ***********, **

  I have traveled with EF Go Ahead tours twice now, and have enjoyed both tours very much. The last tour we took, ******/*****/*********, was exceptional. Our tour director, *****, really went above and beyond! Not only were the excursions Go Ahead provided fun and informative, but our TD gave us numerous additional options. He was amazingly helpful and made the tour so memorable! I missed getting back on the train at a stop in ******** and he got me back with the group in ********* in just a couple hours. Via first class no less! I won't ever travel without a tour company and EF Go Ahead is my go to for all my trips!

  Very organized tour. Hotels were great.All tours very interesting and again well organized.Tour guide ********* silver was fantastic.Bus driver was great and very helpful. All tour guides at individual site were very knowledgeable and made each tour interesting and enjoyable.Will definitely travel with Go Head tours again EF Go Ahead tours

  Information and staff were available to answer questions from learning about the trip until I got home. The app also provided articles and updated information. I felt well prepared to travel.The group of 22 was a good mix of seasoned and new travelers. There was a good mix of sightseeing, optional excursions and free time. The tour guide was outstanding, providing us with daily information and advising us about clothing to wear, daily activities, safety precautions and the type of terrain we were likely to encounter.I enjoyed this sample of Greece and would like to go back to explore more islands. The food, the people, and the islands were stunning! Santorini was magical.I would travel with EF Tours again. All details were professionally managed, all questions and concerns were promptly answered. I was able to truly enjoy my vacation.

  Not a good company. I booked a tour for my family to ******. I was not informed that my reservation was a late request for a single room (which is very expensive) so my booking was not a guarantee. I did not know this until my family told me I am not travelling with them, and I was told my flight will not be guaranteed to be scheduled with my family.I was so angry when I called EF tours and I was told I have to wait. Until my sister called furious and *****! they found a room.

  This was going to be my first trip experience with this company. I first called to enquire about an Italian tour. I lived in ******** for 4 years but I was interested in a northern experience. The costumer service was bad from the beginning. Not very helpful nor informative. I was still interested in a specific tour so I called back the following day and a person named ****** was very rude, I guessed based on her notes of my first call. She didnt even gave me an opportunity to ask my first question about the tour, she just limited herself in saying that this company was financially not suitable for me. I was in disbelief of what I was being treated. When I asked what was she based on making that statement, her response was the price if the tour ( which was not a problem to me at all). My concern was more about customizing my flight back. She was extremely rude and hanged up the phone terminating our conversation. The call lasted less than three minute. I felt disgusted and discriminated. I called to file a complaint. I talk with **** and I feel they didnt take me seriously. After a couple of days, I was so interested in taking that particular tour, I called back and asked to talk with someone else. I ended up booking my trip. About a month later I received an email saying that my trip had been cancelled I called to get more details and again, customer service was very short, any kind of apologies nor sympathy at all. Terrible experience. Im booking with a totally different company

  This was my first tour with GA. I have nothing bad to say. From the flights, hotels, tours, restaurants, transfers, everything was handled with care and quality. The hotels were modern and in a good location. The tour director was professional and made everything easy for the group. The transportation was always on time. The excursions were interesting and thought out. The restaurants were clean and had decent food. I will definitely book with GA tours again.
