    Purchased several pairs if Oofos shoes and never received them. It says they were delivered, but that is not true.

    I purchased a pair of thong sandals from the company website. Not through a dealer in December of 2022. Because it was winter and a very unusual rainy winter at that, I did not wear the sandals until early May 2023. Did not wear them weakly even. And most wear has been around the house. Until the past month. Limited to 90% wear around my yard.A few days ago (Saturday 7/15) I was outside in the daylight and notice cracks on the thong portion of the shoe. In several locations of both. That Monday, I called customer service and left a message. Today I received a return call which was appreciated. However the representative told me I missed the six month window for replacement. And offered me a coupon for $10.00 my next purchase. Even after I explained that I did not wear the sandals for several months after purchase due to weather. The soles are not worn down. But there was no other offer of resolution. These sandals were not inexpensive to say the least. Especially for a thong that is not fashionable. They are not meant to be. Their purpose is comfort. It is extremely disappointing that they the Company is not willing to stand behind their product when clearly there is an issue. I would have been more than happy to send photos to evidence that this is not a wear issue. But a product issue. Keep in mind had I not notice the tears/cracks the thong could split while wearing the sandals. Which is a huge safety concern. I would think that alone would be good enough reason for Oofos to be a responsible corporate partner to their customers. I do not go around trying to get free merchandise. But when I pay my hard earned money, I reasonable expect to be treated fairly and compensated when it is due. Thank you

    Ordered from ******** ad for Oofos shoes. Received confirmation email. Clicked on link to check order status and the website does not work. Confirmation email states company is oofos.co and when I click on that link, it takes me to www.compliments-cite.com and that website "can't be reached". No response when emailing company at email address supplied in email.

    I have no option but to accept this response as it seems I have been scammed. It amazes me that this company continues to be scammed yet I've never heard anything publicly that this is common for them. Buyer beware I suppose. That being said, this loyal Oofos customer will not purchase from this brand again.

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

    I ordered Oofos sandals online, but the site appears to be a scam. The business was named Oofos US. Im reporting the site in hopes to have it taken down and to possibly get my money returned. I never received a confirmation email of the order, but the money was deducted from my account.

    I bought a pair of OOFOS from this site only to find out it is a scam. I bought a pair yesterday and then today my daughter decides she wanted a pair so that's two pairs for $24.98 this is including shipping which was $4.99. Why hasn't this business been shut down? They still continue to try to sell the fake oofos.

    I made a purchase online from a ******** advertisement for Oofos and the shoes did not come. When I click one of the tracking links, it routes to a strange website in *****. The other link I have says, there is no longer a website at that address. I will file a dispute with Discover Card.

    July 6, 2023 $51.92 OOFOS When order confirmation email arrived the links did not work. After a lot of hunting I found this to be a scam.

    Oofos is now selling their sandals as recovery for use after exercise only. I purchased three pairs, and when I did so they were not sold as recovery sandals. The label/tag said nothing about it being a recovery Sandal. Two of the three pairs I bought wore out and broke at the point between the big and second toes (its a flip flop). I have called the companies multiple times and they will not refund or replace the two pairs that broke. I feel doped by this company. Recently a company called hooka started selling and called there product a recovery sandal, thats when oofos changed there recording. They still do not say recovery on the tag. Im looking for my three pairs to be refunded. The sandal wears in about six months, and they are very expensive to replace. I have not received any calls back from the ceo ********************* when I reached out twice. Please help me resolve this issue with oofos.

    I see there are old complaints about OOFAS VIP stealing people's money and they are still doing business. What's taking so long? I almost sent them $98 this morning but there is no warning from you or anyone. Why are they still allowed to steal after all this time?
