    I ordered shoes on May 27. As of June 17 the pkg is still enrt. After MANY attempts to contact by phone or email, I still have not talked to customer service. Purchase at your own risk, you may not get your order!!! ******** customer service!!

    Never order anything from oofos! On april21. I order a pair of recovery sandles. Got a tracking number showed progress 3 weeks out emailed ask if I was going to receive shoes said yes they been mail and on way on May 22 said was delivered never got a delivered email several times said check with your post office only response I get I believe they are just taking people's money and never sending product! Worse customers service no one will even listen DO NOT BUY FROM OOFOS!!!

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased several pairs of sandals and a pair of shoes for my mom who is having knee surgery soon. I've been told by people that the recovery sandals are a good product. I purchased this on 5/24 and have followed up with the company several times and they keep saying "this will be shipping soon." After looking at reviews, it seems like many people have issues of not receiving items or receiving them MONTHS later. I asked for the company to cancel my order so I can purchase alternative items for my mom, and they said they're not able to and I can return them once I receive them (which seems extremely unlikely).

    I purchased a pair of shoes from this company. It took more than 2 months to get the shoes to the ***. When I tracked the package it said they were delivered to my house. They were not. I wrote the company 3 times and have been ignored with each writing. The company has very poor customer relations.

    Had them for 6 months and the thong ripped. Emailed and called but they wouldnt replace. Very expensive for a pair of flip flops

    I love their slides and sandals and have numerous pairs. However, I ordered a pair of their closed-toed shoes and am very dissatisfied on several levels. First of all the shoes run way, way too small. I had heard of this so ordered a half size up from my usual size. They are still way too small. Their return policies on their ******** website are dubious at best. "Maybe we will decide to refund you IF we maybe get the order back. We don't promise it will get here. Get insurance, use a higher end service to mail back to us. This is all at your own expense. THEN we will decide if you get a refund. Your refund might take a while" Okay, this is paraphrased but, it is utterly unacceptable. There is even wording about how long it will be to get your refund and that you should keep checking with your bank etc. I have never once in all my online shopping seen such shoddy wording and dubious implications for a return policy from ANY other business. Returns are a hassle and the policies read like a scam. Loved the sandals but, I am done. Returns are a pain, expensive, and not promised a refund or credit. Great sandals, poorly constructed closed toed shoes, dubious business practices. Such a shame.

    Do NOT buy more than 1 pair, whatsoever. Oofos will profile you and accuse you of suspected fraud. No evidence. I requested an explanation for their accusation BY writing, but management kept calling me multiple times (almost soliciting at this point).If fraud is the answer, they need to do more work. If this is a problem, they need to set a LIMIT on their products. I have *NEVER* been cancelled/accused or had problems buying multiple items through a business. Set your rules! Sneaky/bias = SHAMEFUL business.

    These slippers are terrible when wet. The slippers rolled all the way around my foot. I ended up twisting my ankle and have been in pain since then. I would not recommend or purchase this product again
