    I made a purchase (order *******) online on ************************** on 5/24/2025. Their shipping policy which I've copied below states to allow up to 2 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. Little over a week go by and I email them on 6/1/2025 to cancel my order since this was taking too much time. I get an email back from ******************* Agent) on 6/3/2025 stating that the order is in process and is expected to ship within the next 5 business days. This is poor business practice to advertise speedy service while in reality is no where near advertised. They have a no cancel policy. But they also have a policy to ship out after 2 business days. I just want this cancelled. I don't want to have to return this since it will take up more resources to ship out and return. ** Please allow up to 2 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. We do not process orders on the weekends or on US Holidays. These orders will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

    I ordered oofos sandals from an ad on Instagram on March 30. It was a scam. I got the email confirmations that it was ordered and shipped a day later. They even provided tracking info (below). It was never received. The emails to customer service ************************ have not resulted in either getting my money back or getting the product.     It has come to our attention that this and other sites are marketing discounted sales of OOFOS inventory that does not exist. These sites are not authorized to market or carry OOFOS products. We are taking this issue very seriously as well as applying the appropriate legal actions to have these sites removed as quickly as possible.

    On April 29, 2025 I paid for a pair of shoes. They sent confirmation of purchase and tracking data. However my shoes were never delivered. I sent numerous emails and made several calls to customer service and always received a recording that they were too busy. I feel this company has swindled my cash and have no intentions of ever delivering my shoes. The public needs to know this company is a scam!

    I ordered a pair of shoes from them yesterday 4/30 for $75.02. An incomplete address auto filled and now the shipping label is printed to an address that I cannot receive. The company still has my package as ***** does not yet have it. I reached out to change my address the same day right after submitting the order and they said it was not possible even though they still have the package. I then tried to cancel the order and since they still have the package I thought it would be doable but they said they cannot cancel any orders. The only customer service they offered was an exchange or refund for a return but there is no way I can return a package I will not receive. In addition to this, the company promises a 5-10 day delivery and it is not slated to get to the delivery spot until 5/14 which is after the 5-10 day delivery.

    I ordered a pair of oofos in June 5th 2024. I did received a tracking number but l never received the product. I text them at least four times about my product, and they texted be back with apology and said they would look into it. After over two months they said product was lost, and they would refund me. It has been almost two months and l never received the refund they promise l would get. I text customer service several times to let no l never got my refund, but they have not responded to this day.

    On July 22nd, 2024, I received an email in response to one I sent to a company I believed to be OOFOS. I had seen a charge from a company in the **, which is really based in *********. They told me that they coordinate with OOFOS. It was sketchy.I could follow the tracking, and because I have received items from ********* before, I was hopeful this would be okay. When I still did not receive my package, I reached out again. I have the email correspondence. I asked for a refund. They assured me the package would arrive on September 2nd, 2024. Weeks after it was promised. This morning at 6:45 AM standard eastern time, the tracker stated that they could not deliver because I had moved and didn't leave a forwarding address. This is a lie. I have reached out again, and there has not been a response.

    I have received one email on September 2nd stating this has never happened before and they are looking into it. Screenshot attached.

    I sent a follow up email requesting the address they have for me. They did not respond. 

    I also reached out to OOFOS because they are aware of this happening and I feel that they are misleading the public when they delete customers comments warning of this from their social media. When I suspected I was being scammed, I turned to this to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing. It was only later that I caught complaints when OOFOS posts a new advertisement that they sponsored. When I went back to look, the complaints were wiped clean. They responded to my inquiry that they knew of it happening and for me to be more careful. I found this unsatisfactory and I will not order from them in the future because of this. I do think they have a responsibility to make sure customers are safe. See attached screenshot of email correspondence with OOFOS.

    I also contacted them via Instagram direct message.

    I ordered sneakers from OOFOS, I never received them, when I contacted OOFOS customer service they said I could return them for a new pair, however this is impossible since I never received them at all.

    Based off of the information provided by ****, it unfortunately looks like she had purchased off of a fraudulent website, the only order we have from Rose via OOFOS.com was order #******* placed on July 31st. Based on the order number provided by Rose, order #O2023080610371555, it is a fraudulent order, for our order numbers are currently 7 digits long. We have emailed **** and called her to reach out to help her further and offer to send courtesy pairs on us due to the inconvenience. We also didn't receive any communication via email or phone on 9/18/23 through the email address and phone number she provided, and believe she reached out to the fraudulent site as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to hear from her toon to help her further.

    I ordered several pairs of sandals off a site called oofos-clearance.con and its a total scam! No email confirmation no shipping notice weeks later- no sandals.

    I ordered two pair of sandals for $34.99 and one pair of low shoes for $29.99 on July 18, 2023 online from Oofoam.coInternet. My **** was charged those amounts on July 19, 2023. After waiting five weeks without receiving any of the items paid for, I have tried to contact the company with the phone number provided in this app without success. I tried to pursue the issue via the website without success. My first choice would be to receive the ordered products. My second choice would be to be refunded the above dollar amounts. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
