    Based off of the information provided by ****, it unfortunately looks like she had purchased off of a fraudulent website, the only order we have from Rose via OOFOS.com was order #******* placed on July 31st. Based on the order number provided by Rose, order #O2023080610371555, it is a fraudulent order, for our order numbers are currently 7 digits long. We have emailed **** and called her to reach out to help her further and offer to send courtesy pairs on us due to the inconvenience. We also didn't receive any communication via email or phone on 9/18/23 through the email address and phone number she provided, and believe she reached out to the fraudulent site as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to hear from her toon to help her further.

    I ordered several pairs of sandals off a site called oofos-clearance.con and its a total scam! No email confirmation no shipping notice weeks later- no sandals.

    I ordered two pair of sandals for $34.99 and one pair of low shoes for $29.99 on July 18, 2023 online from Oofoam.coInternet. My **** was charged those amounts on July 19, 2023. After waiting five weeks without receiving any of the items paid for, I have tried to contact the company with the phone number provided in this app without success. I tried to pursue the issue via the website without success. My first choice would be to receive the ordered products. My second choice would be to be refunded the above dollar amounts. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Ordered and paid for a pair of slippers that were charged to my account on July 17th, but still have never been received. The name of the company was Oofoam. The telephone number on their website is not a working number.

This was a legitimate looking site, but the delivery was made to "an individual" in ********* ****** which is nowhere near the shipping address on the order. I am now suspicious that we have paid an unauthorized company for product that **** or may not, exist. Please make OOfos aware of this issue and investigate a company using the email address ******************* Thank you.We ordered Men's OOahh Sport Flex Sandal, Slate, Size 11, Men's OOmg Sport LS Low Shoe - White/Black, size 11, and Womens OOmg Sport LS Low ********************* size 6.Supporting document shows the tracking number and delivery for this order.

    I purchased a pair of OOcandos for $103 on July, 10, 2022. The last week of June, I was slipping on the shoes and pulled at the heel of the shoe when it ripped. I sent an email with pictures to see if there was anything that could be done. The email was sent June 30th. I received a prompt response that the company would be closed for the 4th of July and they would get back to me as soon as they return. I gave them a week knowing that holidays will cause back ** in response. I sent a second email July 10 and my last email July 12 with no responses. I know the company immediately responds to customer emails when there is a problem with an order from personal experience. However, what I have learned is they obviously OOFOS do not have the same concern for product quality concerns or issues of their customers.'I did not wear my OOFOS everyday like a pair of tennis shoes. For the price I would expect them to last longer than 11 months especially when not worn daily. The lack of response tells me they are so successful in advertising and sales that customer product issues do not concern them. I want to have it on public record. Consumers need to be warned about OOFOS ethics and integrity in running their business.

    Purchased a pair of Oofos shoes from an advertisement on ********* Shortly after I received a notice from FB that someone had requested to change my password which made me suspicious about my previous purchase. I had received a confirmation of my order through email so I wanted to check details of my order. Server could not be found with each attempted try. I contacted my bank and was advised to file a dispute on Monday.
