  I responded to the television ad to order bedroom carpeting. The salesman pitched a deal that seemed quite reasonable, and gave instructions on what I'd need to do on installation day. His info in no way matched the printed email instructions I received upon purchasing. I did reach out by phone to the salesman before my installation date, but he never returned my calls. The buyer is required to complete payment in full BEFORE the installation is completed, a very unreasonable request. The installation team was excellent, but the carpet is not of good quality or texture. Shop around and be sure you are getting what you are promised. I would not recomment NFD.

  Please stay away from this business!!! I would consider them a fraudulent business. I was scheduled to have my carpet installed in the laundry room and had requested that they move the laundry machine. Upon their arrival, they let me know that they were unable to move the laundry machine. I had let them know that I would like to receive a refund given that they are unable to move the laundry machine and they told me no. In our contract, I had specified that the laundry machine would need to be moved, however, they did not care. They said they would not be able to process a refund. This business has terrible customer service. One of the customer service reps threatened to *** me because I refused to pay the remaining balance (the carpet was never installed). The customer rep also screamed at me throughout the entire conversation. I would advise you to stay away from this business. Its fraud!!!

  National Floors Direct is the BEST! They carried out the installation task in the most expert manner, and it did not set us back an arm and a leg. They carried out absolutely all they had promised to accomplish, and the cost was reasonable.

  From initial request for quote to final walkthough of finished job the National Floors Direct team was great to work with. In home estimater was on time and not pushy. He worked with us on several options and price points to find the best solution for our home. Installation was scheduled for 5 days later. ***************** was fast, clean and courteous. The entire job of ripping out old carpets and installing new was completed in one day.

  We were in the middle of getting carpet placed by the wonderful people at National Floors Direct when we happened onto another location that carried the same carpet we were having National Floors Direct install, but at a significantly lesser price. Following our bringing this to the notice of our service representative, she immediately proceeded to match the cheaper pricing. How incredibly lovely of her!

  NFD. Made the whole shopping and installation process easy and simple. I called for a free in home estimate Friday and had new floors Tuesday ... The price was fair and negotiated to a great price because my space was empty and already prepared ... the two installers arrived on time ,were very professional and were done in about 80mins. We couldn't be happier and will use NFD again ..

  I had the worst experience ever with this company. First the salesperson **** seemed to be saying everything we wanted to hear and really sold us. We signed the contract thinking we would get exactly what he said to us and to his manager which is the entire basement floors ripped up, leveled and tiled. Well low and behold the day the workers came to do the job they said it was above their scope of work and the salesperson **** put on the contract 2 cement bags instead of enough to complete a while basement. That's the first disappointment. Then I contacted National Floors and spoke to ******** and another male to tell them about it and they basically told me that I'm out of luck and they can't help me. ******** told me I would be refunded only $250 out of the over $7,000 that I paid them, by the way I have yet to receive that $250. I signed 2 electronic agreements and still have not received my refund. They also told me I could not get a refund for the job and I had to find my own outside subcontractor to rip up and level my floors which resulted in me paying an extra $4000 to get that job done. So not only did I pay over $7,000 to ONLY get my floors tiled but I had to pay extra to get them ripped up and leveled by a totally different company. National floors direct are con artists and theives and they don't help their customers. I will never use them again and anyone who inquiries about them shouldn't use them either. My experience was a complete nightmare

  I have had a very positive experience with NFD after my brother recommended them. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to schedule a free in-home estimate/consult and then had the carpet installed only a few days later! Installers were very polite and considerate of my home and were done quickly. They make sure you approve the work before they leave. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

  To start with, our salesperson was very helpful in narrowing down our carpet choices (there were many of them), including suggesting the pattern/color that we ultimately went with. We picked a carpet that was not in stock, but he was able to put a rush on it and have it installed about two weeks later.The installer came as scheduled and reviewed all the details of the installation with me prior to starting. I watched the installation process; everything was done with care and precision - nothing was rushed. The final results look and feel excellent.MA22484

  DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!, I purchased some carpet 10/10/2022. The carpet was installed on 10/26/2022. I paid for a white trim to go around the door entryway and the installer tells me that it can't be done. He puts down what he felt was appropriate. I called the company and spoke to ********, who is supposedly a supervisor (has a bad attitude) and she informed me that the trim that I paid for was not the appropriate trim for that entryway. Now don't you think that when the sales person came to my house, he should have known this? Now I am stuck with two boxes of trim that I did not have to pay for had I been informed at the time of the sale that it wasn't going to work.. They make you pay at the beginning of the installation, not half before and then half at completion. I also spoke to a **** in the scheduling department and he had a bad attitude as well. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO EMPIRE!!! DON'T DO IT!!
