  I hired this company to do my floors and staircase and had them installed Oct 2022. I noticed a few weeks ago that pieces of the wood from my stairs are chipping off. When I called them and asked to come fix it they told me I was out of luck! They said they only warranty for 90 days and after that I'm on my own! 15K later and this how they treat their customers. Stay Away! Terrible products and services.

  Bad business to deal with.They ask for a check cashing check rite up front to the installer.They were at my house not even 2 hrs.And they ask for $1000 more for pulling up the tile.The salesman said that was included in the overall price of pull up of tile and to lay vinyl flooring.But once they asked for $1000 more I know Im in trouble.I gave them the extra money.The next day same thing happened.They gave another excuse then they wanted $5600 .On top of ********* I gave them.I stopped with the job.Now my floors are not done with NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECTBad company to do business with

  Hardwood floor install was to include two small closets. Said I needed to pay additional $500 for closets. Job total was already $4500. Totally disappointed. As a senior on a fixed income, I feel totally taken advantage of.

  I got nice looking flooring at a reasonable price. Ebony oak laminated wood flooring fits my house nicely.

  Salesman with a great pitch whose phone number was disconnected after the sale! Extremely poor customer service. 100% guarantee is bogus and false! Extremely unsatisfied with how they handled my install complaint! Seams that were numerous and unnecessary. Salesman that didnt explain the process correctly! Never again!!!

  National Floors Direct is not a company that takes their customers seriously. They demand all their money up front. And if you are not satisfied they tell you that's too bad. Sorry you're not happy, but we cannot help you or give you any compensation or replacement of product. The product in this case was a carpet. It is of very poor quality. They said it's made by ******. Which doesn't tell me much. I still have not received any written info on the carpet. And I have yet to receive a written brake down of my costs. They promised me they'd provide help to move any heavy furniture for a cost/charge. Which I paid. Yet the installer showed up alone. And the one piece of furniture that I couldn't move myself required two people to move. so at 72, almost 73 I wound up being the second person to move it anyway. I had moved all the other furniture myself. If I had known, I would have asked my neighbor to help me move that one piece of furniture and give him some money. National Floors Direct advertises a very low cost, but they charge double to triple what they advertise, with no recourse if you are not satisfied.

  I do not advise anyone to use this company. The salesman lied to us about the prep work needed, the product was supposed to be made in *******" but the boxes say made in *******.ZERO prep work was done in areas that did need it...they used the cardboard box that the tile came in to stuff under our flooring. The installers never swept just dropped the flooring on top of debris on the floor, chunks of trim included. They didn't care about chipping the edges - that makes the flooring waterproof! They have been at my house three times and never worked more than 4 hours consecutively - during that time a very mouthy lead installer kept threating to quit" with any question to their work he said loudly Do you want me to quit?" I know I heard that 4 or 5 times the first day. I paid ********* to have our whole home (MH) done and after three visits not one room is complete! Every room is missing one or more pieces to finish. This has been a Nightmare experience! and a life ****** I will never forget.
