      I am so thrilled with my floors. I initially hesitated, but I am so glad I went with doing the whole space. The team worked so hard and the results are beautiful. I love the ebony oak color. Best thing I did. My name is *************************.

      From start to finish the entire experience was done professionally and in a timely manner! The sales staff did a great job of helping get the floors we wanted and a picked a date that got it in

      August 2023 I had LVP installed by National Floors Direct and they did a wonderful job. The installers were prompt and professional. They removed my old flooring and installed my new flooring and cleaned up afterwards. I love my new flooring and would definitely recommend them to others and they gave me a gift card too Thank you

      My experience with National Floors Direct has been outstanding from the initial call to the install. ******* was our sales representative and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to meet us financially. He also thoroughly educated us on the quality and warranty of the products and service. We are selling our house and need to paint and re-carpet our entire home. We need to do the process incrementally as so not to incur debt or to interfere with our credit score. ****** was able to lock us into a great deal and made it accessible for us to get our house done in increments. The installers were prompt, professional and called to confirm arrival time with in 30 minutes. They installed quickly and efficiently. The carpet is beautiful, thick and great quality. Its making us considering staying in our home. Thank you so much for the beautiful carpet.

      Good morning, I had National floors Direct . Install floors in bedroom. They left a big gap on the floor and completely did want to do crown molding. I called customer service and to got no where . I also sent pictures and ask for a manager to return my call . I did not get a response. They also hide your paperwork what you purchased. They are scam ! Please be where!!!!

      From beginning to end the experience was great. They were honest and informational when picking floors and did not break the bank on what exactly we wanted. Installation was fast and clean. Very professional from beginning to end. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

      I Love working with national floor directs, the service and quality of the work is great. This is my second job with them and both time I loved the floors, price and customer service---I would recommend working with National floor directs After I did my kitchen floors 2 years ago, I was so pleased that I did my basement and hallway carpets with them--The service is awesome, they come to your house with so many samples and we my busy schedule without leaving the house your floors get completed with National floor installer in a day

      We got an email in the morning saying our install MA25101 would be 12 to 4pm. The installers were 10 minutes early. They verified it was the correct flooring product. They also asked about the orientation of the planks. They went right to work. They worked efficiently and diligently. When they were done they cleaned up their mess and swept. Overall a great experience!

      Horrible customer service horrible installation. ********************** bubbling up after one year. They couldnt care less after they do the job. DONT USE THESE GUYS
