  There should be a 0 because that's what I would select. Sub par install an ld service. Their goal is to cash in your money, install poor quality and bully you into waiving the warranty when you ask them to resolve the issues. I no longer have a home because of the eye sore I walk into on a daily basis to no resolve. You can't talk to a supervisor, or a manager. I have sent over 20 emails to management to no avail. Not even a call as a courtesy. NFD is a scam. Beware!

  The installation experience with Floors Direct went extremely well. The team came to my house and were very professional. They were able to install the floor tile and the carpet within a day. The installation team cleaned up after they were done and there were no issues. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would use them again!***************** NJ31857

  Using National Floors Direct was an awesome experience from start to finish. The salesman was knowledgeable about the product and very professional. The installation crew were fast and professional. The room looks great. The carpet is excellent quality. I would recommend National Floors Direct

  Worse customer service ever!! Vinyl kitchen floor installed, but installers didnt properly remove old flooring. Three months later floor is buckling. Called customer service numerous times. Someone was always supposed to call me back. Finally heard from manager. Would not send anyone to inspect floor . Said there was a 90 day warranty!!! They offered to send someone to repair 2 spots but I would have to buy more material at the cost of $360 and sign a waiver that relieved them of further responsibility. No way!Would never recommend National Floors. They dont give a hoot about customer satisfaction. Once they are done and have your money, they are done!

  We had NFD come to our home to install new wood flooring in our 3 bedrooms upstairs. The sales rep. was friendly and courteous he showed us samples, we picked out the flooring we wanted.The 2 installers came on the scheduled day. They were respectful, they removed the carpeting and padding cleaned the floor, moved the furniture installed the wood flooring and then moved the furniture back. They did a great job.We will have NFD come back and install carpeting on our porch, replace the carpeting we have in our TV room and our stairway.

  After having floors installed, I was disappointed in an area where the molding stood out like a sore thumb and the workers did not do a thorough job cleaning up. they left behind a wet rag, tee shirt and small piece of wood as well as lint from the old rug along the wall. I contacted customer service, but he was very rude. I was told by the salesperson he would come by to check the work when it was finished but he did not come nor did anyone else. I was told to send in pictures. I am over 80 and not proficient at sending pictures via e-mail. I wrote to them via regular mail but only crickets so far. Very disappointed in their not caring about customers satisfaction.

  I had National Floors Direct come to my new house and install new kitchen flooring. The salesman was great, he explained everything in detail to me. I was given a date and time, and the installers were ON TIME!! They made sure everything was installed to my satisfaction. I would definitely being using them again.

  ************** 8/12/23 Poor scheduling, they failed to arrive on time or called to informed customer of their delay and arrived late with carpet that was poorly measure. Installer arrived at 7:10 pm of appointment that was scheduled originally at a 10am to 2pm window, then rescheduled until 4:00pm, call their office an was then report that they would be there at 6:30pm. This was nightmare!!!! Also, their staff went home without checking with the installer to ensure their delivery of the product.!!! Poor business ethics!! I will never use this company again. BAD experience!!!!! Please go some where else!!!

  National Floors Direct did a tremendous job! They were to negotiate to an affordable price. Installed the carpet in just under 3 hours. The quality of the carpet is exquisite! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new carpet!
