  National Floors Direct did an outstanding job in installing my vinyl floors. The installers called and gave me a window and arrived on time. They then walked through the home to confirm the locations. They worked hard all day and regularly checked in to make sure it was done to my liking. They removed all the old carpet and cleaned up afterward. We love our new floors and working with National Floors Direct!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! The salesmen are pushy and complained about how far the drive was. He made things awkward and refused to leave until I signed a contract. Once I did that, now the floor is not available, they made me choose within ***************************************************************************** cancel my order. Over $2800 lost to this scam!!!! They want to give me a chop job like a child installed my floor and when I said I have another company I am using, they got upset with me. I have NOTHING nice to say about this other than I want my money back and its their problem as to what to do with the order. Im sure they will return it, cancel it, and still keep my money.

  I had carpeting installed in 3 rooms in my home May 2022.ive noticed that the carpet is bulking in areas on the floor.the man that did the install I was concerned bc he was doing it alone.normally Ive always seen carpeting installed with minimum two persons.he said he knew what he was doing and he knows how to install carpeting and has been doing it for years.well he obviously didn't install it correctly bc I wouldn't be calling the store and complaining about my issue with the install.I was told the warranty was only 90 days.so those of you out there.beware 90 days won't work in this type of install.terrible job.after months passed the carpet began bulkling.i now must call a third party to stretch the carpeting in place.Natl Floors Direct.Never Never Ever again will I use you for anything.

  From the moment we sat down to pick out a carpet replacement to having it installed, the whole process was top notch! No issues or complaints. I would recommend Nationals Floors Direct for all your flooring needs. The new carpet was a much needed face lift for our stairwell and second floor. Everything was done quickly, and they moved our furniture for free. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

  omg get on with it already! They have all my money for the job. they freaked me out about HOA approval, which it turned out I didn't need - like I THOUGHT, and the window for service is FIVE hours. (what???) And THEN they call me like four times a day for whatever reason even though I asked that they contact me by email or text. WE ARE NOT MARRIED - why do I need to speak to you three or four times in a day???

  My roommate and I didn't have a problem with the installation from carpet to vinyl. The problem was that they staged their c*** on our front porch and damaged our side light window plastic window frame (thank God they didn't bust the windows!) - put a half ********* in it. They busted my closet door floor track door holder so I can barely get into my closet now. They sent a repair guy out and he was late and all he did was glue my closet door holder back together which isn't fixing it properly. He wouldn't even touch the plastic window frame because apparently the installation manager hadn't "approved" the repair yet despite the numerous photos and video I took of the damage as requested. They haven't even offered to just flipping pay us for the damage they caused which is what they should do at this point!!

  National Floors Direct, *** was great. The salesman that showed up knew exactly what we wanted. The payments options were honest and convenient. The installation crew arrived on time. They answered all of my questions and even listened to me when I wanted something done a certain way. The installation crew was fast and efficient and never left a ****** received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.Thank you National Floors Direct, *** for making my home look great.***********************

  This company was very communicative and worked in a timely fashion to install my vinyl flooring. The quality of the materials were superb and I was highly impressed by their amazing work! I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

  Last week I had hardwood floors installed in my living room. The installers were awesome. They removed my old carpet and cleaned the area where the flooring was installed. Once they were done they cleaned up and showed me the floor. They were **************!! The floors are so pretty I am now considering doing the rest of my home. I am super satisfied with every aspect of my new floors!!

  I had my floors done less than two weeks ago, and I called to let them know that one of my steps has not been properly secured two days after the job was done, and my wife almost fell coming down the steps and they told me theres nothing they can do about it. I will not send any went out to fix it
