  National Floors Direct quoted the best price for the carpeting I wanted installed. The representative that came to my house, ****, was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to meet my budget for what I wanted to pay. The installers were on time. They knew what they were doing and got the installation done In a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave anything for me to clean up. I am very satisfied with National Floors Direct. A great job from start to finish!

  Initial contact with the salesman was great and it went downhill from there. The installation was poor, the salesman did not return my calls and texts and **************** refused to come out and assess the complaint from the pictures I sent them.

  My encounter with National Floors Direct has been overwhelmingly positive. Scheduling an appointment for a home visit was a straightforward and prompt process. The sales representative arrived punctually and didn't resort to aggressive sales tactics. I had previously received a quote from a rival company just a few days prior, but I found National Floors Direct's wood laminate selection more appealing. Remarkably, they were able to not only match the competitor's price but also provide an additional 20-year warranty on top of it. All in all, I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience.

  The first two installers came and ************* down in living room and kitchen, and did a great job. They said they'd be back next day to finish. Two different installers showed up to complete flooring. They did not speak, read or write any English. Very stressful with the communication translating through our cell phones. They did a poor job. They installed new baseboards, worst job I've ever seen, so bad. Called company and complained. Two more non-speaking English guys came and replaced the baseboards that was damaged and installed improperly. My biggest complaint was the communication problems. I was so mad and disappointed that the first to installers did not complete the job like they told me they would. This process took six different installers to complete the job.

  Customer: Suthod Young ******* new flooring with National Floors Direct was a simple and customer friendly experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and spent considerable time at our house making sure we had all the info we wanted and correctly quoting the project. They were super accommodating with the timeline of the install. The carpet looks great. They did a great install. Cleaned up. Would recommend.

  National Floor Direct took it out of the park. Appointment was easy, installation was superb, and customer service was outstanding. The installed was top rated and it explained the installation process before it started. Best quote and the best interest free for 12 months. FL15573

  We were in need of carpet for the stairway of the townhome to which we had recently moved. I contacted several flooring companies in the area and National Floors Direct (***) was the first to respond. Others responded after a day or so, but we had already booked an appointment with ***, who was able to accommodate a Saturday morning appointment the very next day. We had a quote from another local flooring company ready so that we could compare pricing. The *** salesperson was friendly, professional, knowledgable and respectful of our home. He took off his shoes! After taking measurements we were provided with an excellent price for the carpet and installation that Tuesday. The installation was done at the scheduled time and the installers did an expert job and were careful with the installation and did a complete clean-up after the job. We are so impressed with the experience, that we are having vinyl plank installed in the kitchen this week.

  Booking the appointment for a quote was very easy and fast, I was able to have someone come out the next day. When the representative arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to assist us in finding a carpet the would best suit our needs. He was also able to work with us on getting a price that we all agreed upon and were happy with. We were able to schedule our install in a timeframe that fitted our schedule as we still had a lot of work to do getting the area ready before the new carpet was to be installed. When it came time for the install, the installers arrived within the timeframe we had been notified of the day before. They were professional and very friendly, they were able to get the carpet installed in a timely manner and they also made sure to clean the space before they left. It was a pleasant and easy experience from beginning to end.

  March 29, 2023 I had an appointment with NFD sales rep. A date for installation was set in my family room and kitchen. I thought this would be an easy job. Boy, was I wrong!!!!! It was cancellation after cancellation. 1st.. cancellation 04-17-23. 2nd. 05-30-23. 3rd. 06-02-23. Finally, carpet was installed on 07-08-23. I spoke with a gentleman, name , ****. He avoided me after. Wait, there's more the ceramic between the two rooms BROKE in half!! I called NFD, was told to picture text the damage, I did, twice. No response. Thankfully, I was able to have another contractor come in and replace the ceramic. He said the previous job was botched. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NFD TO DO WORK ON A DOG HOUSE.
