      Hello All!I have had an incredible experience with National Floors Direct. Starting with the Sales Rep ************************* who went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Then comes the customer service representatives who helped us with all inquiries and re-schedules. The customer service representatives also did an awesome job. Finally when the contractors came to complete the work, they were very professional, very punctual about time, and very organized. They completed their work with such ease and on schedule. I am very thankful for the overall experience and I highly recommend them for anyone who is considering their services. I definitely look forward to working with them again.

      National Floors Direct was recommended by a colleague. The salesperson was prompt and friendly. There were no high pressure tactics used, just a respectful negotiation of what ended up being a fair and reasonable price for the material and labor involved. Received reminders of scheduled installation. The installers were courteous and professional. Move all items with care, moved everything back when completed and did a thorough cleanup. Will use again for next project.

      HORRIBLE! Not only are their prices about double of what I got from two local, reputable, brick and mortar stores - for the SAME ************** - but the guy took advantage of me being a single woman and WOULD NOT LEAVE MY HOME! He kept trying the hard sell even though I showed him the quotes I received. It became VERY uncomfortable and I finally got him to leave. BUT then he came back to the door! I almost called the police, but called a neighbor instead who walked by and ensured that he finally did leave. I didn't sleep that night - it was just an awful experience all the way around.

      National Floors Direct has the best Luxury Vinyl Flooring! This is my second purchase from National Floors Direct. The Mohawk Premium Luxury Vinyl Plank is Luxurious. Also waterproof! My floors look Fabulous!!! The process was seamless, the installation was great and the installers were on time, very efficient and professional. Satisfied Customer

      National Floors Direct came through for us when we needed to replace our old carpets. From day one when I met with the representative to the day of the install and meeting the installer, everything was done very professionally and on time. I was offered samples to look at and given comparisons to see what would work the best for our situation. The representative was very knowledgeable and honest and guided me through the process with ease. The installation was scheduled and delivered when promised. The installer was very courtious and professional and did the job very well. We are very happy with our purchase as well as with their service. We would definitely recommend this company to others. I have received a gift card for my time to write this honest review. This however did not sway opinion or experience in my review, my family and I have used this company on multiple occasions and they have come through every time.

      I am very pleased with my new carpets. From start to finish, National Floors Direct team members were very pleasant and professional. They answered my many questions in a timely manner, prior to installation. The installers were very courteous and professional, as well. They moved all my heavy furniture and didn't leave until all pieces were put back in place - exactly the way they found it. I would definitely recommend this company.My order # is MD10898.

      National Floors Direct was a pleasure to work with. They respond very quickly. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He assisted us in choosing the flooring that best suited our needs at an affordable price. The installers were scheduled quickly and did a great job. The flooring is beautiful!

      Was in need of a quick bedroom installation to accommodate a childs room prior to moving into a new house. A National Floors sales rep was able to meet with me in my home within a two days, and helped us choose the right style we needed at the price point we were looking at. The installation team arrived the next business day, and installed the carpet over the course of a couple of hours (one bedroom). Installation team was respectful of our home and provided assurance during and after the installation that it was up to standard. Carpet was stretched well, and seams were completely unnoticeable. The whole installation process from call to installation was four business days, and the quality and service were remarkable within that timeframe. I would highly recommend this service based on my experience with other installers; National Floors has installed carpet in two of my bedrooms thus far, and we plan on using them in the future for our carpeting needs.
