  When our basement flooded due to a faulty washing machine, we called 2 of the main carpet retailers including National Floors Direct. We were very pleased with the sales process. It was not ****** pushy and were offered additional discounts for cash on delivery. We were a bit skeptical, but the minute the installers finished with the top of the line padding, it was clear we made the right decision. The carpets look amazing and will gladly recommend to others

  I got a few estimates but I choose national floors they gave me the best price I got high quality vinyl plank looks beautiful Installation was fast and easy They cleaned up and very professional Would recommend to my friends and family

  Carpet ordered months ago after in home estimate. I changed the installation date to today. Now installers come and not enough carpet was ordered. My house goes on market next week, but they won't have the carpet for 2 weeks. No help what so ever for C. S. only a shouting match to get nothing done. Poor poor customer service, and no one can pull strings with **** carpets after all the millions of dollars they spend with them to make this happen since it is entirely their fault. Never deal with this company

  The installers arrived on time and ready to work. They showed us the *** that they were going to install. We approved and they quickly, quietly and neatly removed the existing carpet and laminate flooring. Once they began installing the flooring, the two men worked together really well. Before we knew it, the flooring was in place and was done so perfectly, fitting it neatly around molding and edged it against our cabinets. We couldnt be happier. Would definitely use National Floors Direct again! Thank you.

  saw a commercial on TV from NFD and contact them for a quote. I must say I was very please with the entire process. Got a call from them, schedule a date to come out, take measurements, explain of different carpet options, all the way down to the final cost, I was impress.The installer was very professional and courteous and left the job site clean.

  My experience with National Floors Direct was flawless. I asked for a quote and ****** came over a day later and brought us a deal that was a bit out of our range. I was just looking for a quote and this was my first. Then he contacted the owner and offered me a deal that made me think there was no reason to receive any more quotes and I need to lock this in. The next week two installers arrived and knocked out the job in a day. The carpet was much nicer installed then it was viewing a small sample. The installers were very courteous and did a wonderful job. Order CT32660

  The sales pitch was great. I found the customer service and professionalism lacking afterwards. I was expecting company installers to perform the work, instead sub-contractors with out of state license plates showed up. They wanted an additional fee to correct and level the subfloor which I believed was to be included in the original price or the warranty would be voided! I would be very cautious and review every document before signing if going with this company. Read and review every electronic document before tapping "I Agree".

  We had a positive experience from the beginning with NFD. The ability to pick out product in our own home, and the explanation of the preparation process beforehand, made it a pleasant experience. The installers were professional, and cleaned up everything when finished. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

  We had such a positive experience with National Floors Direct. We called customer service one night and very next morning a nice salesman came out to our house. The salesman was thorough and explained the various flooring options. We went with luxury vinyl plank flooring as needed something more pet friendly than our old carpet, as ****** cats in a ****** room. Was shocked on how fast our new floors were installed, as completely installed three days later after the salesman consulted with us. The installers were pleasant and meticulous. Our new floors looks amazing. Will definitely use this company for our next flooring needs in future. CT32695
