Ordered a pair of shoes for my son's graduation on April 24th. Promised delivery date was May 5th. Contacted company on May 12th and they claimed order was shipped. I checked ***** site and the tracking system says product was not even received from TEMU.com. The only thing it indicates is that a shipping label was generated. So, company is telling me the order was shipped while ***** says nothing has even been received. We had to buy another pair of grad shoes since the ones ordered did not arrive by the promised time. I do not have any confidence in a company that lies about orders being shipped when it is easily disproven by looking at the ***** tracking system. I placed an order on the Temu app. Temu app gave me a tracking number to track on ******. My package was supposed to be here no later than the 9th of May. It has been sitting in ******* area since the 5th of May. The complaint is about ****** Delivery not delivering my package yet. I want to know where it is, and when I will be getting it. Placed an order online was told that Uniuni would be handling the shipping. Get a tracking number and start to track my package. First problem is they (uniuni) do not update the tracker live or properly. Then when you try to call, if they answer they give you some excuse on why it is late. The first day I got told there was a problem in the warehouse, but it will be there by 6pm, or early tomorrow morning. 6pm came, nothing. Next day by 2:30pm still nothing. So I call back. This time they tell me there was a problem in customs (already was notified it was out of customs and at their warehouse) but it is out for delivery and will be there by 6pm, or early tomorrow morning. Well early tomorrow morning has come and gone and still have nothing. Its been sitting in *********** since the 5th of May. They will not tell me when it will really be here, I just keep getting excuses on why it is late, and told it will be here by 6pm, or early tomorrow morning. But it never arrives. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW. I have read reviews on all different platforms. They are all terrible for this company. Nobody has anything good to say about them. Please do us a favor Uniuni and just SHUT DOWN. And tell me when (specific time, and day) my package will be here. Now when I call it will not connect to customer service.. This is ridiculous I just want my package I paid for. This company is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Will never order anything from any site that uses them as a delivery agent again. Do not want to go through this every time I order a package.Business Response

I placed an order on April 16th and it was mailed with UniUni on April 18th. Until this day it says order out for delivery and nobody can ************* after many calls and emails getting the run around they say they dont have it. Worst shipping company I have ever. dealt with . Wont take ownership. I was told by prior represintive that they lost it in the warehouse and the address they had was wrong but in fact it wasnt. I place an order with Temu several time and never have problem and see their true faces of doing businesses. The package I order worth over $100 and they ship it with Lasership via ontrac shipping company, their driver disregard our big Neon sign saying that our business hours are Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Monday, so on Monday on 05/08 he know that the door was locked and it said were closed on Monday, he just drop it in front of the store and take picture that the package is delivered. So when we got home from our trip we went to work on Tuesday the package is nowhere to be found. Which mean it was stolen because where our plaza is at theres a lot of homeless and by big Lot so theres a lot of traffic. So I contact Temu and the delivery company they both bounced me back and forth taking no responsibility of their action. So I would recommend that ******* should avoid this company because theyre no where near Amazon or any other big chain in *******. They do no care whether you received your package or not all they care is your momey, and so is their shipping company Lasership via Ontrac. Theyre a full of scammer and not honest about working with their consumer, because when I dispute with Afterpay they told me that if I cancel my dispute then they will be able to refund me. At the moment they unable to refund me because the chargeback was on hold by my financial institution. So I did want to work it out with them I cancel my dispute. And the moment I cancel my dispute, I message them and they give me their c*** that they will not refund me and told me to call the delivery company. Which is full of sh*t, because when I can Lasership they told me to contact Temu for further assistance. So bottom line is theyre a scammer and DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!Business Response

I placed order PO-211-***************** on 4/9/23. I then saw on the tracking that my package was lost so Temu gave a credit for $86.30 and I reordered those items plus a few others totaling ***** on 4/29 (PO-211-01259929278073259). I then received a text on 5/5 that my order was delivered. I was sitting home at the time and I have cameras in driveway so there definitely wasnt anything delivered. I waited a couple days and checked every day before contacting Temu to see if maybe it was still going to be delivered. The shipping company (Speedx) shows nothing for proof of delivery and when I contacted them they just said it was delivered. I then opened a ticket with Temu and received a message back that they would not issue a refund or credit because it shows delivered. This is not my first order with Temu and I never had an issue before. It is unacceptable that I have spent over $90 and never received the merchandise. It seems since they changed shipping companies this is happening often, if you search online you will see other complaints of customers not receiving their merchandise even though it shows delivered. Something needs to be done about this, either Temu or Speedx are stealing from people.Business Response

my package containing multiple items that I had ordered was delivered by fed ex to the wrong drop off location and has not been able to be found. Despite fed ex admitting fault, and having photographic evidence supplied by fed ex that it was not dropped at the correct location, and having a documented case number from fed ex proving I did not receive my package, temu refuses to move forward with lost package procedures with fed ex for my reimbursement and just keep sending me messages stating that they wont reimburse the package because they have confirmation that it was delivered however the case number I provided to them proves that their original confirmation was not valid and Temu refuses to look further than the original confirmation. Fed ex has confirmed that they will reimburse temu for their fault in losing my package, but I cant get temu agents to listen enough to call fed ex and look into the fed ex investigation that proves I dont have my package. Fed ex cant do anything until temu responds and reaches out to fed ex. All temu does is look at is the first confirmation which was proven to be invalid because it was not the correct drop off location. Its been weeks of me trying to resolve this, but as of now Im fully out the money for my purchase because temu has EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. *** spent HOURS AND HOURS on hold trying to talk to customer service and have never been able to get through the line, and it takes WEEKS for temu to respond to text chat inquiries, to which they dont fix the problem before calling the case resolved and then you have to wait another week or so for another response. *** currently been on hold for 2 hours as I write this, and I am at a loss on how to resolve this issue. My package cost over $70, thats too much for me to have to just eat as a customer.
