I've placed an order on Temu.com on Jan 9, 2023 in the amount of $89.26 for mostly bird toys. However, I've not received the package, while the *** shows it's delivered. I reached out to the customer service agent and they were very dismissive and condescending and just sent me a proof of delivery, indicating I'm making things up or what, leave alone for being helpful at all. I ordered stuff through Temu and they shipped the package via UniUni. It arrived at my local hub, went out for delivery at night, and still hasn't arrived 4 days later. I've read complaints regarding this shipping company and so far they are holding up. I've contacted support multiple times, tried calling their local center, no response. Temu sells counterfeit versions (7 unique listings) of a game my son created when he was 7 called Taco vs Burrito. It has recently been brought to my attention that Temu stole the copywritten art of my tarot deck, The Intuitive Night Goddess Tarot, they stripped my name from the packaging and printed a counterfeit edition that they are now selling on their website. I reached out to them to remove it but they have yet to do so and it is obvious they are doing this with many ****************. How is this business model legal? Please help and take action. I ordered 17 items from temu on January 15th for a total of ******. PO-211-*****************. The order was split into 2 packages. On January 24th One package containing 1 item that I ordered that totalled $2.09 was delivered with no issues. On January 26th I was delivered a second package that should have contained my remaining 16 items (plus) 2 free gifts. Unfortunately the package I received contained 7 items and none of the items were items I ordered. I contacted temu immediately and let them know that I was sent a package with the wrong items. I was told to send in pictures of what I received and the package it came in including the tracking number, which I did. I took pictures of all the items individually including the item numbers labeled on each of the unopened packages. After going back and forward calling and emailing I was created for the (free gifts) andfinally told to send the wrong items back and that I would be refunded. Temu sent me a label and I mailed the package back. The package was delivered but After several days I received a message that my refund was denied due to (items not being received). I called and the representative stated the warehouse did understand I never received the correct items to begin with so my case was escalate. When I called back after not hearing anything my number had been BLOCKED and i couldn't chat ! I called from a different number and I was told once again that they were working on it. After a full month I was sent a message this morning stating they reviewed the video and the items were packed correctly. This is a COMPLETE LIE! I was cheated out of $245.38! So not only did I never received the correct items or a refund but they also had me send the wrong items back that they sent also leaving me with nothing at the end! I've shopped on this site several times with no issues but they definitely SCAMED me this time! I just want my money back, no one has money to just give away.Business Response
