      No they have not refunded my money.  They have put my money on someone's else's card and I have told temu this.  They have not provided me and resolutions.  I'll be getting a lawyer involvedv

      10 free items offered for excellent customer. I chose 10 items. Paid shipping. Received 10 items and then found a charge to my account for $209.+. Tried to find a number to call, but couldnt. Tried to return items, but without the numbers on the packaging which were trashed immediately after receiving. The instructions tell how items are not returnable. A large number of messages were sent asking for help with no reply and no further help for a month. Keeping the items, ****** learned about Temu. Never, ever doing business with Temu again. Need this reported and personally spreading the word about this terrible company.

      Temu is texting me job offers from random numbers. They all say theyre a person and to reply on whatts app. If you dial that number in whatts app, it registers under Temu. I have NEVER used Temu. Ever.

      March 23rd,2024 I returned two lace front wigs back to TEMU ( PO-211-***************** Order Number). Temu received the items back March 25th, 2024. However TEMU has refused to send my money back to me after receiving their items back. Temu customer service agents have given me multiple excuses for why my money isn't being returned. First the agents said there was a problem with my bank receiving the money. I contacted my bank and was told that was NOT true... Then Temu begin saying because I filed a dispute with my bank Vault that I could not receive my refund until the dispute was cancelled. I'm afraid that by cancelling the dispute TEMU is thinking they will not have to refund my money back to me because once I cancel my dispute I will not be able to refile a dispute against them. It's the same as stealing my money from me.... I've done the right thing and returned their items and it's only right I receive my money back.... I'm a hardworking single mother and can't afford to allow such a company to keep my money... Temu has not tried resolving this issue whatsoever. I have plenty of pictures and proof they have absolutely refused repeatedly to send my refund back after receiving their items back from me. It's not right.

      I have cancelled the dispute. The dispute with my bank ( Vault has been cancelled since April 1st, 2024 .... I have tried contacting TEMU on several occasions however I have NOT been able to connect with TEMU at all!!!! I've went to **************** in the ****************** app and have repeatedly asked to speak with an agent over and over and over again and I have been denied! I've called the TEMU customer service phone number, stayed on hold for over an hour and a half and NO AGENT even attempted to service my calls!!! The Dispute has been cancelled by my Bank and my bank said they will tell TEMU customer service agents ( On a 3- way call. I *************************** will have to be on the line with TEMU customer service agent, however Vault ( my Bank) will Confirm and over the phone and in writing that the dispute has been cancelled)!!! So no more excuses! I have waited for over a month after TEMU has received their items back! TEMU is still refusing to return my money back to me! There are absolutely ZERO issues with my banking! Temu has just refused to return my money back to me! The Dispute would have automatically been dismissed if TEMU would have simply paid my money back to me! There has been only excuses to why TEMU is continuing to keep MY MONEY! The Dispute has been cancelled since April 1st 2024 so that is not the reason whatsoever my money isn't being returned! Temu has cut all communication with me on this matter. I will take further action if you all do not return MY money back to me after this process! I've been through a lot of pain and suffering from the constant stress of this situation and will not continue to ask TEMU to return my money!!! At this point there's absolutely no dispute whatsoever TEMU could have already sent my money back. But like in this conversation you all are continuing to make excuses, when I have the proof the dispute has been cancelled since a week after I sent the items back. There has been no attempt by TEMU whatsoever to return my money to my bank!!!! I have several emails from my bank to prove this. Temu has flat out refused to give me my money back! I will be filing a civil suit if my money is not returned. I have no time to continue the back and forth when TEMU has refused to even allow me to prove the dispute is and has been dismissed since April 1st, 2024! Please stop with the excuses and return my money back to me like I returned TEMU items back.....       I get numerous notifications constantly from this website and it's all false it just makes you invite tons of people and then it offers these free gifts as long as I send so many invitations and with as many people that accept takes money off for me to receive the offers given and while I reached that limit So they were supposed to send me the items that I picked along with free shipping. I completed the tasks that It required. It's a have a friend accept the invitation to complete the offer in order to have my things sent., this was offered because of all the money that I have spent on the app. My friend accepted the invitation. The get a dollar off to have all your gifts sent for all the money that I have spent on the app And all I needed was 50 cents to receive my free gifts but if I had a friend except an invitation it would take off a dollar so that would leave me with 50 cents more than what was required to receive the offer but they It was all a gimmick And lies and false advertisement I would like my office sent to me because I finished finished his requirements and yet it did not live up to their ****** bargain

      Temu order PO-037-***************** I order two items from Temu all on one order. The tracking says that the package was delivered, but I have no recieved absolutely anything . I was not contacted in regards to the package being delivered, there was no communication from the carrier, Temu is refusing to do absolutely anything about this. No refund, no items resent, nothing. I spent over 260$ Canadian on this order, and I havent received anything. I am out my money and the products I purchased. Temu had no offer of resolution for the matter, and it is beyond unacceptable the way this issue was handled. The lack of communication from their chosen carrier, the way Temu trys to put the issue on the customer when it is them that is and should be liable for issues that arise like this, I am unbelievably disgusted with the way this has been handled and I would like to be refunded. To date Temu has literally offered no explanation or resolution , they asked me to please accept this solution which was literally nothing. It was me, being out the money I spent with no product in return.

      I have reviewed the businesss reply, and I am still very disappointed and dissatisfied with it. There is no offer of resolution coming from Temu, they are offering nothing but for me to eat a loss and call it a day which I find disgusting on their part. Whether or not the package made it to my address, I live in an apartment building . Was there nessicary measures taken to make sure that my parcel was delivered to me? No. I was working the day you guys are claiming that the it was delivered. So where was it left? Where was the attempted communication between the carrier and myself upon trying to deliver ? Where is the explanation of where my package was left then if it indeed was delivered ? Thats a substantial amount of money to pay for none of these very simple things to have been followed. Temu has lacked the basic customer service quality that would be expected when making a higher valued purchase and that is above anything communication. Had any communication been attempted maybe this matter could have been avoided, but how am I as the customer expected to be the one initiating communication ?! Thats absurd. Temu and the delivery company they chose are liable for failing to do the bare minimum of being a business which is communicating with their buyers. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with how this is handled and in the future will be making sure I express such disappointment and concern with friends and family .
