Temu offers promotions for free gifts. When you complete the required tasks, they then add more tasks. Some of which include inviting new users. I completed the tasks of inviting 2 new users and they accepted. Then Temu said I did not invite new users. This is fraud. They should be investigated for fraud.Business Response

Temu provides false data. On this promotion, and several others, I completed the required tasks, yet Temu claims I did not. You won't get the free gifts. They make it almost impossible. Also, All their promotions are nothing more than attempts to access new user data. Why does ********************** need to know what device Im using? This is an EXTREME privacy violation. Even if you delete they're data and uninstall Temu, they still have Spyware in your phone. This company should be banned from operating in the **. They ARE stealing your data. And they practice fraudulent business practices. They WILL lie to you to keep you from getting your free gifts.

During the Christmas season 2023 I purchased items for my grandkids and wife. I returned some of my wife's items. I received a email from Temu that included a printable address. Had several items delivered in 2 large packages on October 14,2023. The delivery driver with Piggyship took photos of my packages delivered to someone else's house. Different address, Don't know what street, Not my house. Temu says they did a thorough investigation and had determined that my packages were delivered to the correct address, Even though the photos taken by the courier clearly show my packages in front of someone else's house. Those items were worth over $400 and they refused to give me a refund because the courier said they delivered the packages, even though they took a photo of a different house with my packages in front of it. I placed a very large order over $400 worth of things this was split into 3 packages and all 3 were delivered on the same day at the same time and the photo proof of delivery photo was not my house I reached out and they told me they would look into it . I purchased a chair from the TEMU platform on March 26, 2024, with order ID ************************, paying $82.93. Upon receiving the product on April 20, I found most parts rusted, the original packaging damaged and damp, and no English instructions, labels, or identifying marks. The packaging was also extremely large at nearly 59 inches tall, requiring a freight truck for transport.Despite reaching out to the merchant and TEMU's customer service, I have received no response or assistance. Instead, I need to provide new packaging for a return and bear the shipping costs to the courier service provider. I find this request unreasonable as the fault lies with the merchant.
