Hello, I have never authorized infotracer.com to display my information, nor have I been a customer of their services. This complaint is against InfoPay, *** and its subsidiaries. Specifically PhoneNumbers.org and InfoTracer.com. I reached out to customer support to have my personal information removed from their website. I was told I am unable to remove this as I apparently live in a differing state than my fellow Americans. They are affording the same countrys citizens different rights. People of the SAME COUNTRY. Not only did they assume where I live based off of the data they hold about me that they collected through unauthorized, nonconsensual and nefarious methods, but they also refused to remove my own personal private information for which they were never granted to collect/store or sell. I do not own any land, and my phone number is a cell phone number. Cell phone numbers are privatized by default, unlike landlines. My family has also been trying to remove their information. They collected this information without our knowledge. Have been selling it for a profit. And then proceed to decline us control over our own information. This company is a bunch of shady boneheads. Remove our information immediately. After careful review of this complaint, I can see that this customer contacted our *********************** Team via phone and a dedicated ************* Representative responded to this customer's concern.On the checkout page of CourtCaseFinder.com, if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee. Customers must agree to the billing terms before payment is accepted.
