      I signed up for the membership on a black Friday deal. I tried to cancel and get a refund on my Aura/Identity Guard renewal membership. They refused to issue any refund even though I contacted them on the day of the charge. What kind of company wouldn't issue a full or pro-rata subscription refund? This company is a scam.

      I paid for and downloaded Aura on my Windows 7 computer only to find out, when it didn't work, that it is not compatible with windows 7 computers !!! There wasn't any warning to let me know that in advance or on their website ! I spent a couple of hours doing this only to find out, after talking , to one of their reps on the phone !! Now I have go through trying to get a refund from Paypal !! What an Awful experience !! Be aware of Aura software !!

      Very disappointed in this company. Misleading on what their services are. I tried getting my mom's (disabled senior citizen) money back because they were no help to her situation. Not only did they never reply but didn't give her anything back (she paid for a year's service). You can get better service with Experien. Don't waste your money.

      I have been staying at Aura3 20 for the past 4 months and it has been a nightmare. The negligence and unprofessionalism is handling the incessant wailing of a baby downstairs from me!!! Downstairs from me!!! Is just plain wrong and evil. They dont care and have done not one single thing about it. Do not move here. They sell you your unit and are done with you. Charm you in the door and forget about you. We have been kept up every SINGLE NIGHT by the non stop waiting of a small child below me for the past 2 weeks and almost every night since for the past 2 months!!!!! Nothing is being done. Nothing!!!!

      I called Aura I had a fraudulent charge on my credit report with Experian And It was showing ******* on it and I never had ******* but they wont give me fraud assistance they wont help me Dispute the charge and told me that I Haft to do it on my own with the major credit bureaus

      I am having issues with customer service to resolve tech issues for the AURA app for my laptop. It has been almost 2 weeks, my Antivirus issue has not been resolved. I was told engineer will call to troubleshoot and resolve. No one called Me yet. Aura Case#******** created on 4/22 for the call I made on 4/20. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this AURA company services if you have expectations of tech issues being resolved in timely fashion and expecting updates on progress. Please stay away from this company.

      I am in the process of filing a compliant with the **** THis company is a scam. I have never been able to log in because security codes are never sent. I told them in writing that I want to cancel and they said no because I have to call in. Legally that is wrong. Im part of a big group that is working on a mass lawsuit against them.       This company is not a company you can trust. From the first day that I began using their services, my bank credit cards have been compromised and continue to be compromised. I have had to have my bank cards replaced several times since November of 2023. I will try to sue them for damages.

If a transaction is flagged, we notify you of the amount, date, merchant, and bank account or credit card. If there is a charge you don’t recognize, we always advise to contact your credit card or bank immediately to dispute the charge.
      Our records indicate that you requested cancellation on 3/3/24. Since you are on a monthly plan, it will remain open until the end of the billing cycle which is 3/20/24.
