5 starsBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. A ********************** that values its customers. Just signed up and called twice with questions. Both time I got someone in the **** who didn't waste time like those overseas call centers, adressed the issue and found a solution. Wow. Hard to find someone that good nowadays. The product is superb.

1 starOn the day of annual renewal (in my case $399), I received an email that I've been charged and should have cancelled yesterday. Any attempts to resolve with the customer service lead nowhere. Extremely unethical.

1 starDo ************************** I purchased this service a year ago thinking it would help protect my identity and provide more online security. At $200 a year, its not cheap but I was willing to try it. Unfortunately, the service just wasnt worth the cost.When my subscription renewed automatically, I noticed the charge a day or two after it hit my bank account and immediately called to cancel. I was told it was too late apparently, I should have responded to an email that went to my spam folder. They said there was nothing they could do about the $200 ***********, a couple of months later (its November), I decided to cancel anyway so I wouldnt get charged again next year. But heres the kicker: if you cancel, you lose access to the services you already paid for! So its a Catch-22 if you stay, youre stuck paying again next year, but if you cancel, you lose what you already paid ****** make things worse, I tried logging into the app to see if there was anything I could fix myself, but it required an update, and customer service couldnt help me with that either.Bottom line: Dont buy this service. Once youre in, its extremely difficult to get out, and customer service is not helpful at all.

1 starSo I signed up the aura to try to protect myself going forward. Trying to help myself and my credit score. My identity and so forth. It wasn't even about 30 minutes after signing up. I'll start getting spam call after spam. Call after spam call. I mean literally got so annoying all day so I called them of course! They said they knew nothing of why or how that I could be spam called all of a sudden out of the blue just because I signed up with them. But I could add call protection for another $60 or $60.99 or something that would stop that from happening. If that wasn't as obvious as a cactus in the desert. I don't know what was so I did ask for my refund. It says they are refunding me but I paid $130 for the year for someone to start spam calling me to death and upon asking about it I get told they can make it stop for another $60.99 for the year no thanks

1 starI canceled subscription, because it didnt help with scammers call , its start blocking all the calls instead , including my doctor. And now after some time I cancel it , I start getting tons of scam on my gmail . TONS!!!! Never happened to me before , I guess they released my information such as phone and email to scammers websites

Were sorry for the frustration this situation caused. After reviewing your account, we confirmed that a renewal reminder was sent on September 3, 2025, and was opened. On October 3, 2025, you requested cancellation via email and were provided cancellation options. On October 16, 2025, you reached out through chat to cancel and were given the phone number to complete the process. Later that day, you called after cancelling on the website and requested a refund. Because the request came after the renewal processed, the refund was initially denied per our money-back guarantee policy. However, as a courtesy, **** honored your request, fully cancelled your account, and issued a $108 refund to the card on file. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

1 starAura is a scam company.. I am told by the loyalty **** my renewal rate and then the full amount is deducted. My renewal rate was submitted but not approved...but the agent could help me at $108 instead of $60 as agreed. The entire loyalty department is busy. I am going elsewhere. As most companies these days once they have a billing channel they hope you will not notice. The irony is when I spoke with Aura the card on file had changed and I updated it being an honest American citizen with them on the phone.

After reviewing your account, our records show that you enrolled in the Aura AV Intro Pricing Ultimate, Individual plan at an introductory rate of $59.99 on October 19, 2024. This was a first-year promotional rate, and the renewal price for the second year was $137.79.
On October 9, 2025, you called in to discuss the price increase, and we offered to keep you on the $59.99 price plan. Unfortunately, the plan change did not take effect, and you were billed the full renewal amount. You later called back to cancel.

1 starCancellation difficulty I tried to cancel, after I opened a new credit card and was never notified by them regarding this. What good are they if they do not notify me when a new credit card is opened. Called to cancel, was put on hold for ten minutes, transferred, to another **** who refused to cancel and kept trying to sell me until I screamed at her. I do not trust them and will follow up with credit card that I use to pay them. You should not have to go thru such difficultly, in order to cancel. STAY AWAY

We understand how upsetting it must have been to open a new credit card with Macys and not receive any notification about it. Please note that Aura can only report a new credit card opening once it has been reported to at least one of the major credit bureaus..
Monthly Aura subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing cycle so members retain access to all paid benefits. In your case, your account will remain active until 10/24/2025, after which it will be fully closed and will not be billed again.

They do not have permission to use my credit card for services that they did not render. They cannot dictate to me when they will be billing my account again. I will contest it with my credit card co.which has been notified. What a SCAM accompany they are.
