    Total AV makes it near impossible to cancel an account. They hide the cancelation button and then make you go through multiple steps to cancel including talking to a person who makes you wait 3 minutes between talking with you and then ignores your requests. Worst I have ever experienced.

    REMOVEDthat wont let you cancel. Cant online and the chat wont allow you to either. Wasted hours trying. Have to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me

    DON'T DO THIS!!!Tried for days to get them to cancel this. Then it took 20 minutes of them trying to force it on me. Don't sign up. Horrible company

    I was getting a lot of unwanted ads showing up on my iPad during morning news reads. I somehow got sucked in to an article that talked how to block them which led me to Total AV. I purchased what was thought to be a one year Total AD Block subscription for $40 for one year. This was worth a try I thought. I downloaded it and it worked, actually pretty well. When my Bill showed up for $40 three times plus a monthly subscription fee, I tried to contact them to address and correct this. This turned out to be a fruitless effort. I finally contacted my credit card company and after discussing it with them, they protected me due to the number of complaints with Total AV as a fraudulent company. Unfortunately, they closed my credit card account rather than wasting time with Total AV. I got a new card by REMOVEDin two days, but it was my primary card for so many things. It cost me wasted time to migrate all the recurring charge accounts to the new number. I would highly avoid Total AV based upon this experience. BTW, I am a CEO of a small business.

    I don't see any way to contact them. They email from a no reply email address. Any place to register a complaint, I have to set up an account, then they have me.since using TurboTax I get unsolicited emails that have my username and TurboTax ellie22 REMOVED

    How I wish I had consulted these reviews before I got involved. These experiences are the mirror image of what I'm going thru now. I am in the process of waiting for that 30 minute window to end and judging from these reviews, I see it wont solve the problem, just exacerbate it. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

    Worst customer service ever! I cancelled and they still charged me, Ive called 4 times and they just hang up on you.

    I continue to be charged the fee on my credit card a year after cancelling when the trial period was over. My credit card continues to reverse the charge for me, but I have yet to hear a single thing from any of my monthly emails to Total Adblock. I need to know what to do to get them to stop charging me! Fraudulent!

    When I told TotalAV I did not want their product, they charge me $119 anyway, and when I complained about that charge, they sent me a nonsensical PDF file attached to their email to scare me. That's the kind of file that could contain a virus.That was their only response to my complaint about the $119 charge.To me that is criminal intimidation.Be forewarned.

    Here is a link to the nonsensical PDF file they sent me and they're one and only response via email.REMOVEDIt's titled " make today matter" solutions systems and support to help women ...Nonsensical to the issue of a refund.This is the kind of file that can contain a virus.That is what their software supposedly helps you be protected from.I consider this and intimidation to purchase their product.

    I think this is a total fraud and they should be ashamed of what they are doing. It is imposssible to get them by phone. All I REMOVEDto do was unsubscribe. Information given at the start said it would be free for a month. It does not appear on my computer or my cell phone. Please help me with this. I would be so grateful They would get no stars from me. They are commiting fraud If I had money I would go to a lawyer. Thanks for any help.
