Total fraud have never subscribed for anti-virus as I do not have a computer in fact the card that they had was cancelled because of a charge placed by the SAME company and reported to my bank as fraud. When I called the number I was given by my bank they gave me another number and when I tried to confirm the number they rudely hung up.

This is a SCAM. Total Adblock doesnt work and its nearly impossible to cancel! I have spent hours trying to cancel my subscription and finally talked to someone that did cancel it and refunded my last payment of $9.95. He wasnt able to go back more than 14 days, so I basically paid over $50 for nothing.

Total AV Antivirus is a rip-off. It has a bait and switch marketing campaign. I did not read the fine print, which most of us don't when it is online and the agreement is dozens of pages long, my bad. It automatically charged my credit card for two years until I spotted it when it tried to charge me $190.00 for a renewal fee. My bill went from $19.00 annually to $99.00, to $159.00 to $190.00 annually, a one thousand percent increase in the cost.

I have NEVER used this service, signed up for this service, or have been to their website. I just got an email stating I was about to be charged over $300. I called to cancel and they didn't have my name (though I gave them the order #), nor the amount. When I called them on for fraud, they got belligerent and hostile. I have already contacted my bank and PayPal to report fraud.

Total Av Makes it very easy to sign up. But difficult to impossible to unsubscribe. I asked them to cancel shortly after singing up. I never installed their software on my computer. They have continued to charge me for the past 12 months, I just discovered. I called and their rep said she would send a link in my email to cancel, but did not indicate they would refund any of the illegit charges from the past year. It remains to be seen if they actually send the email link and if it works to cancel my subscription.

My experience has been the same as described in other reviews. I canceled my account today after a huge run around. However, I don't trust that it has actually been canceled. I took screen shots of all of my communication with them for future reference, blocked my credit card and called my bank. Fortunately, my bank is familiar enough with this company that they had already flagged the charge as fraudulent.

Illegal Billing My subscription ended in 12/2022. When I clicked on renew, I was offered a discount of $29.99 for the year.I accepted and supplied bank info.My bank called the following day to confirm $159 withdrawal from this company. I told them to reject it!I called Totalav and got a representative on the phone who said I needed to pay $159 despite the information above.I emailed them and got apologies and more offers which I refused. The last offer was for $9.95 month which I refused again and once again told them to close my account In late January 2023 I got an email stating I hadn't loaded the program. I responded by stating my account was closed. In Fed 2023, they attempted to take $9.95 from my account and my bank reversed the charge Today Mar 13- there is another $9.95 charge pending. I am notifying my bank to close the current debit card as the charge is fraudulent!Avoid this company at all costs!
