    REMOVED. Impossible to cancel. They Never send the links and/or send verification codes to cancel. Keep putting you in one maze after another without getting anywhere. Had to cancel by withdrawing my PayPal account auto payment. Boy did they respond swiftly to that. STAY AWAY

    This has been the worse purchase I have made this year. I canceled my subscription with them the same day I made the purchase. Money gouging, annoying, and by the treatment i have received trying to get my money back they're not to be trusted either. After 2 request for a refund the only thing I've gotten is a bunch of BS e-mails trying to convince me that they are looking out for my best interest. A legit company would have honored the request for the refund. There is no way I will do business with this company at this point.

    Online review said total av was awesome and easy to get support Ha not even funny Impossible to get help and if you finally get a chat body they tell you sure Ill send you a and they dont Almost and probably impossible to cancel your account Your best option is to cut your losses and change or close the account REMOVEDbills Otherwise you will fight them billing you battle continuously

    Trying to cancel my account with this business is ridiculous! They wont let you leave! I was charged $23.80 for a year, then a few days later another $39.00, but you have to jump through hoops to watch REMOVEDvideos with the ads blocked. I called and said I wanted to cancel my account, and they sent me an email saying I had to put the verification code in the open tab, but there wasnt anywhere to put it. The email is from a no-reply account! Id give them zero stars if I could. The best part was reading that you dont have to pay for the service on their help site. TOTAL SCAM!!!

    I can't even give it part of a star rating. I want to cancel after 2 days because I realized it is a fraud but there is no way to cancel except to change my credit card. Horrible scam!!!!It wont let me post this complaint without at least giving them one star but they are not worth this at all!!!!

    THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! I wanted to try them out for 30 days for $1.99, on closing through my pay pal account, I was charged $41.99. I immediately called adblock twice.Then a few days later I ended up calling 5 times. Wondering why my money hasn't been refunded to me. They were charging me for 30 days & a year. Why would I do that, then they said to cancel my resolution with PayPal. No way. So then after they hung up on me then refuse to answer any calls from my phone number. I get a charge from my phone company that I have been charged for 5 INTERNATIONAL CALLS AT $54.00. I got my $41.99 back but I want them to drop those charges or reimburse me. THIS IS DOWN RIGHT DIRTY! So now they have gotten me to pay a lot more than what was originally started at $1.99. BAD BAD BUSINESS. I WANT THEM TO PAY! THEY STRESSED ME OUT SO BAD. I HAVE NEVER GONE THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE EVER.
