      ********* assisted us and she was a complete sweetheart. She was patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also placed an order on the phone and ********* handled it seamlessly. She was a pleasure to work with and is a real asset to Byrna.

      First off what a company all around the board team work at its best. The communication between departments and customer service is top notch. ********************************, **** and the whole team worked fast and resilient to solve an issue for me. I never felt with anyone I dealt with, like they didn't care which you get from a lot of customer service people from many companies. I actually felt like part of the Byrna Family of the inner operations!!! That's how darn good this company is and there service to the customer. I honestly didn't think corporate America had any integrity like this any more, meaning where they actually care about the customer and helping resolve any issues. Another reason why I chose to do my business with Byrna, because almost everyone you hear from that has dealt with them has felt like I do. Much respect to Byrna, its owners, and internal operators from top to bottom for showing how team work inside a company should be!!!Can't wait for the next adventure in the horizons I can be part of with them...Thank you all for the courtesy and respect every single one of you gave and showed me.... A++++++

      We watched so many informative and positive reviews on the Byrna system that my wife thought it to be the perfect tool to enhance her personal security during walks on our property. So we ordered a launcher kit.Upon opening the package we realized that we had received someone elses order - perfectly packed btw. I contacted Byrna customer service and communicated with *********. She was very apologetic, but more importantly dealt with our issue in a throughly competent manner. Her manner of dealing with me was reassuring and professional. As none of us walk on water we can expect errors to happen. The way in which she dealt with this issue makes me very confident that Byrna is a very solid company from which to buy products; we plan to get a second launcher in the fall. On to the product:Packaging for shipping: Excellent Product: The launcher came in a nice zippered case with foam contoured to the items in the case. The manual was easy to understand and through. The launcher itself looks to be a quality item in which ergonomics were a top priority.Very satisfied with both the product and service. It is great to have a less-than-lethal option and the launcher seems to be an excellent choice.

      i just got my Byrna Launcher and completed the Guard and Chemical Training course to be able to carry chemical loads legally in ********** the class was really interesting. When I passed i still had a few questions and I talked to *************************** at *****. She was very nice and very helpful to answer all my questions. I really like the Launcher as do my friends. They were shocked at how hard the ** shoots. They all said not thanks to be shot by it.

      I had an issue with my launcher(******** Kit)...sent an email...got a prompt response with some advice...sent in a video of the action...a new launcher was sent to me immediately...tough to beat that kind of customer service.
