      Ive had my LE for a few weeks now and have put over 600 rounds through it without issue. Byrnas support team really makes you feel like they care and want you to be completely satisfied. I had some issues at the beginning but Byrna worked very fast in making everything right. Byrnas rounds do have some issues cracking but they are more than willing to be sure to make it right and send you new rounds. Theyve also been very open about things behind the scenes when asked. Ill be buying Byrna launchers for my family and friends in the future Byrna has definitely left a long lasting good impression on me!Id also personally like to thank *************************** who has helped me through everything since I got my launcher.

      Absolutely professional, courteous, and friendly ********* is a credit to the company when she helped me with resolving an order glitch. She cleared the problem in one call and her suggestion about an order saved me money that I had not expected to save. A win for me, because this employee cared. With great products and great service for me, I am extremely pleased.

      ********* was extremely helpful and eager to be of assistance. I called right before their closing time, and she was willing to answer an additional question that took some extra time to explain. It was also very helpful that she was familiar with the Military Alphabet Code - Alpha to Zulu so that there was no mistake of individual letters I gave her. Excellent customer service!

      I contacted Byrna hoping to change a purchase I had made just days before it went on sale. I immediately received a response from ************** She changed my order so I could take full advantage of the Memorial Day sale, Saving me money! How about that!!
