In March 2023 I paid approximately $4500 to have a concrete project completed for my driveway and front porch. The reason I needed my driveway renovated was because water would collect at the bottom of the downward sloped driveway when it rained. ACT Concrete placed a french drain at the bottom of the driveway to assist with redirecting the water. Although it did help if it's only light rain, the driveway will still flood if they is heavy rain. Shortly after the project was complete, it happened and I contacted the company to evaluate the problem. They came to the house to look at it but at the end, I was told to give it time and contact them if it happens again. Early July 2023, there was a heavy rain storm and the driveway and garage was flooded (I have a video available but the files are too large). Since then, I have been trying to call the company multiple times and left voicemails but my calls have never been answered or returned. The only replies that I have received was two emails over the past few weeks. The first email stated that they had received my calls and that someone would come to the house for the following Monday. The following Monday came and no one showed up. I sent a follow-up email on the next day to schedule another time. So the second email that I received was a reply to that stating to wait about 2 or 3 days. Since then I have not had any follow ups. I have continued to call multiple times over the past couple of weeks and they have not answered my calls. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before contacting BBB or taking legal action.
