      The website eCampus.com is an online book store which I rented books for a college course. The books were received as printed copies with a plastic spiral binder. I received the books with bent pages and pages not in correct order, mainly the cover and reference pages were on the end of the book one of a two series book. I returned the books, but received charges to my account for the full price of the books. When I inquired about the charges through the echat, I was told that there was a stain on one page (a blank page) and their policy states they can charge full price. I told them I was never notified about the damages or charges. They told me an email was sent. When I checked for an email, the notification email was sent a day after the charges to my account. Charges on my credit card account posted June 3, 2024 and email received June 4, 2024. If I wanted the book that I’m being charged for, I would have to pay $12 for shipping fees. The email also states I have 2days to respond or the books would be recycled. This email was sent on the June 4, 2024 and had to be responded to by the June 6, 2024. This is bad business practice and a scam of their rental policy. They are using printed copies for their rentals and claiming that a small stain on a blank page is damage warranting full replacement cost of the book. In total I’m being charged $454 for a rental, full replacement, and shipping cost.

      Rented a textbook for my daughter. She barely used the book and never took notes or highlighted in the book. I returned the book to the UPS store in like new condition. I later received an email saying the book was returned damaged and was charged the replacement price of the book. Total scam. Plan on buying the book on top of the rental cost.

      Order # 9610294. Sent the incorrect book at first. I contacted and they ordered a replacement on 2-1-2024. Requested an update on 2-10-2024 and was told at that time that the book was no longer available. I was never contacted. I am 5 weeks into the semester. I would give zero stars if I could.

      I ordered two text books. Never received the books and instead got a box full of random pamphlets. Customer service said they stand by the carrier and to return the books for a refund. Except I can’t return something I NEVER received. The customer service is NOT helpful and the carrier is obviously scamming. DON'T BUY FROM HERE, I know I won’t.

      This company has sellers on their platform that will accept orders and payment, but will not fulfill the order. Neither will they respond to any attempts to communicate. I placed an order for a book two weeks ago, was charged for it, but never received it. Not only does this seller on the platform not fill orders or respond, but the company Ecampus.com will not respond either. I will not be ordering from this company again.
      I would like to receive a full refund.

      TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOULD PUT ZERO STARS IF I COULD
      I ordered a book on jan 8th and now on jan 17th still have not received and my class started and i had to purchase book elsewhere in order to start class. I reached out and was told to keep waiting the book was shipped, however USPS tracking site does not indicate the book has been recieved yet. The person i spoke to did not care and kept telling me to wait until the 24th which according to their shipping time of 6-10 days is still longer than needed. I have to pay a $20 restocking fee which is absurd for a book i DID NOT get. DO NOT waste your time with this website. I would rather pay more on another website than ever use this one again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

      Run away!!! Do not order books from eCampus.com. They sent me a book torn up. Every page is only half of the page. The haft pages are full written. When I tried to return the book, I had to pay shipping again. They do not care about the customer. They want your money. These people are scammers.

      SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, PERIOD!!!!
      No stars should be an option!
      Returned a book they sold me because it did not arrive in time for class to start!! I had also paid expedited shipping for it and apparently they didn't even have it in stock a stated on website. Ordered from another company, outside of the US, and it was here in 3 days. Returned the ebook from here thru UPS since I already had my book by the time it arrived, but because I didn't use THEIR return label, they've been acting like they don't have it or can't find. Completely incompetent and coward management! If they cannot scan a bar code and open to see correct book, they should not be in business. I've been dealing with this situation since Sept, and due to THEIR ignorance, I cannot file a claim with UPS because it's over 60 days. Not one time could I speak to anyone on the phone, it's been the biggest headache and run around, and as a student, the extra stress is the last thing I need. The reviews were awful, I should've read more before ordering. Now I'm out over $150 and I am pissed! Praying everyday, as I file a formal complaint with the BBB, that they get shut down! Companies like this are what is wrong in the world.
      I've been going to school for YEARS and have never had this happen in my life.

      Terrible! Sent me the wrong book that is clearly shown in an image and I'm told I need to follow the ISBN. Yeah, like I memorize ISBNs of all the books I'm looking for. No. I should be able to search by title and rely on an image. False advertising in my opinion. I will NEVER use them again.

      This company so it calls itself are nothing but fraud! I sent them my BRAND NEW NEVER EVEN USED book . They sent me an email telling me that my book was not accepted and if I wanted it it back that they would send it for a price but I would have to send my credit card information for them to process it . So I got back online to chat with yet another person only to find out that my book was not in acceptable condition. So I get back online and chat with yet another person to find out wtf and he said that my book was in perfect condition and he was expediting the findings and said I should be getting my money. Long story short they refused to send my book back and said they were destroying it. They first said I could pay 5.99 to get it back but at the end they had gone up to 12.99. I have every word I sent to them and they to me. They ought to be banned permanently
