1 starLong time customer. Their customer service has fallen to the point it does not exist. They have no issue immediately taking your money but 10 days after placing my order and my order just says processing. Quoted shipping in 3-7 days. No response to emails or phone calls. If they are having difficulty fulfilling orders, a simple warning on their website would alert you then you could make a decision if you wanted to wait weeks with no customer support.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. We will always strive to ensure orders are shipped out as quickly as possible. However, we do provide that our standard order processing time frame is 3-7 business days to be fully processed and shipped out once the order is completed. In the case of this order it began processing on 5/31 and the items were shipped out on 6/11. This was a bit longer than normal as items were in shipping on 6/10 which was the 7th business day but were unable to be picked up until 6/11 which was the 8th business day. We are also happy to provide updates for orders via phone, chat, or our email program. I do show that we did get a request for the order status on 6/5 and we did send a response that day detailing that the order was processing and was currently on the 4th business day.
