1 starFive years ago, my husband, who is retired law enforcement didn’t receive his magazines and was forced to go through the carrier for a refund because he didn’t pay the $100 for shipping insurance. Now, Buds refuses to sell him 2 guns because he did that. A month ago I purchased two guns and had no problem. Today I’m trying to place an order and they tell me that we are both “Blacklisted”. Reading Buds reviews tells me THEY have trouble with shipping. It’s a scam to require customers to purchase shipping insurance. This is how Buds treat first responders and their families?! Warn your friends!

We are sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a previous order that we were never notified of, so we were unable to start a claim under our shipping insurance that was purchased. Rather than starting a claim through us and the carrier, the charge was reversed. This led to the account being closed. We did attempt to explain this to the customer and reopen the account, but we were unable to reach an understanding, and the account remained closed. This would affect others who are ordering on someone else's behalf, as the reviewer was purchasing the same items as the original account holder.Review fromErnie G
