1 starMade a purchase online and due to a misprint, they charged me the 15% restocking for returns when it was NOT MY ERROR. After emails back and forth one message said it would be 10% restocking, but they still charged 15%. They could have simply apologized for the misprint and exchanged for the correct item adjusting the price difference but chose to steal the customer's money $125+ for their ERROR
