    I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years..I’ve spent thousands and referred several people and 3 Ffl dealers to them. Today I received a package that had an inaccurate web description.. I call and try to make my first ever return. After customer rep denied me I got the supervisor Andrew. He basically tells me to pound sand!!! So I them proceed to cancel the firearms I had ordered that still hadn’t been shipped yet. This brainiac cancels 1500 dollars of my sales instead of taking a small 50$ return of an item I received just hours earlier brand new never used with an inaccurate web description. If they treat decade old customers like that, how do you think they will treat you?

    We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the item you received. In regards to this order, we were not notified of any discrepancy with the item as it is listed. We were informed that after the laser was installed it was longer than the customer liked and that they no longer wanted the item. Unfortunately, we are unable to take a return on an accessory after it has been installed per our policies on our returns page:
    "Returns will NOT be accepted for any accessories that have been installed/mounted. Most accessory items have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues with / post installation."
    We did approve the request for order cancellation that the customer submitted after that. It was later reinstated at their request and is currently processing.

    I was looking through Buds Clearance items section and came upon a brand new 9mm P80 9MM Pistol 15R Black Threaded Barrel Night Sights for $125.55 plus tax. I placed the order and later to find out they cancelled it. The customer service rep told me this was a mistake in their pricing and would cancel my order. My thought was since this was in their clearance section they should have owned up to it and sold me the firearm. It was my first time shopping at Bud's and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I decided to give them a second chance and order a different firearm on sale and it's still showing processing after 5 days. Their prices are a lot better than most but I'm afraid their service lacks deeply. I believe this will be my last time shopping at Bud's and I'll stick to Palmetto State Armory.

    We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the pricing issue that was experienced. All of our items are priced automatically based on our cost so that we can ensure we are always providing the very best price we can based on our current inventory. Unfortunately, it is possible for an error to occur in the system which can cause an item to be priced incorrectly. It is rare for this to occur but in the event that it was we would ensure to notify the customer as soon as possible and we can offer a full refund or assist with updating the item on the order if they would prefer.
    I have also reviewed the more recent order and I do show that it is currently processing. This order was placed late Friday night so it began processing the following Monday. Currently, this order is on the 3rd business day of our advertised 3-7 business day processing time frame. We are working to ensure the order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible but we are unable to provide a specific estimated ship date beyond our standard time frame.
