1 starI think that the layaway policy is horrible . I owed 179.00 on a 700.00layaway and it was canceled . I called to see if they could give me a credit on the money I had paid . They said NO 600 dollars just gone . I have did a lot of business with them over the years but I guess that does not matter.. Beware of layaway is not fair and it a scam

We are very sorry to hear the customer was not happy with our layaway program. Our layaway terms do state that there is a 20% down payment that is required to place an order on our 90 day layaway program and that we can provide the option to cancel a layaway within that 90 days and we can refund everything but the deposit. However, our terms also do state that if the order goes beyond the 90 days it will automatically be cancelled and no refund would be issued out. In this case the order was placed on 3/18, we sent an email out to the customer on 6/19 which did inform them that the order would be cancelled without refund if it is not paid off within 3 business days. On 6/24 the order was cancelled and then we were contacted by the customer regarding the cancellation on 7/1. Unfortunately, at this point it was well beyond the 90 days and a week after the order had been cancelled so we were unable to continue with the order.Review fromDonald L
