    Hard to beat. Easy website to maneuver. The free ffl transfer is great, but with gas prices hiking again the option to ship to a local, reasonably priced ffl dealer to do the transfer works too.

    They mis-shipped my original order to a NON active “preferred” FFL (per their own website is guaranteed to process for the customer). They then said I had to wait an unknown amount of time for a refund, once they were able to get the order back from the unknown person at the address shipped. They refused to credit my account or send a replacement to get the order.

    Then, after not getting any traction they cancelled my next order and didn’t even notify me. After calling to inquire they said “if you ever contest a charge you are no longer allowed to order anything” and even threatened calling the ATF (keep in mind they shipped it to a “preferred” FFL who is guaranteed for the customer and I never even had the gun). I’m not sure if they just made this policy up or don’t care about anything other than making profit at anyone’s expense. This is on top of just being condescending about the original issue being their fault as the seller.

    Beware if you ever have any issues they will not help or even adequately communicate with you.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience with the customer's order. We did have the FFL listed as a preferred dealer at their request and as a preferred dealer it is not required to contact them in advance to ensure they are willing to perform the transfer. However, we do still strongly recommend reaching out to a dealer in advance to notify them of any orders that are coming to them. We did have a valid license for this FFL dealer and so the order was shipped out as requested but unfortunately the dealer had moved without providing us notification. Firearms are shipped with a requirement for a signature so they would not normally be able to be delivered if nobody is able to receive the item so in most cases the items would just be automatically returned in the event of an issue like this. Unfortunately, this item was delivered and we advised the customer that we would work to ensure this is resolved asap and at no cost to them due to the dealer being preferred. We were notified on 7/11 of the issue and started working to resolve it, but we then received notice of a dispute to the payment on 7/16 which was only 3 business days later. We understand the frustration, but asked that the customer allow us some time to try to resolve the issue so we could bring the item back to reship it. Unfortunately, due to the actions taken we were not comfortable processing another order which is why the second order was cancelled and refunded in full. We apologize again for any frustration
