5 starsI've purchased many guns through Buds. And several other things as well. They are my first go to place to purchase any firearm. When I say they have the best price I mean it! I know I won't find a better deal anywhere. The customer service is excellent and they ship your item/gun faster than anyone. If I could give Buds 10 stars I would. 1 starI ordered a Taurus Raging Hunter from Budsgunshop.com. When I received it it was broken. The chamber release would not engage. I reached out to them and they refused to help me or allow me to return the item for a new one. It was broken right out of the box. They sold me a paperweight basically. I would NOT recommend that ANYONE purchase ANYTHING from them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. You will be better served. I promise.

We are very sorry to hear of the issues the customer had with their firearm. We are always happy to assist with a firearm return as long as the firearm has not been transferred through the FFL dealer. We advise all of our customers to thoroughly inspect firearms at the FFL prior to taking possession of the firearm as once the transfer is completed the firearm would be considered used, even if unfired. Unfortunately, we were notified that this firearm was already transferred. If an issue is found after the transfer, those issues would be able to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and we have provided the customer the contact information for the manufacturer so that they can reach out to them for assistance.Review fromMichael S

5 starsBud's has always been outstanding to deal with. They always have what I am searching for, the prices are great and they ship to my FFL extremely fast.
