    I love Buds. They usually carry the ammo that I need that’s hard to find elsewhere. I have had no negative experiences with Buds. I would like to have the option to opt out of the insurance, but other than that, I highly recommend.

    I recently purchased a firearm from this website, only to find it was over 40% cheaper at three other retailers. When I reached out to their customer service to request a price adjustment or store credit, I was met with a dismissive attitude. In addition, they used aggressive rude tone they. Despite having spent over $3,000 in the past six weeks and my military background, they showed no concern for my situation. I strongly advise against shopping here.

    We are very sorry that the customer was unhappy with their purchase. We were contacted by the customer on 10/13 regarding their purchase from 9/16 and a price that was found through another retailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide price-matching options for other retailers and we informed the customer that all of our prices are based on our cost with a minimal markup. Pricing items based on our cost allows us to provide the best prices that we can for the inventory we have available. In this case, the price we paid for the inventory was higher than the cost of the item the customer found on the other retail site, which at the time of writing does say it is currently out of stock so it may not be an accurate price once they get new inventory in. We also understand that prices can fluctuate for firearms since we do price based on our cost, so we do also provide an extra level of protection for customers through the Norton Buysafe Guarantee which provides that if our listed price for a firearm were to drop within 30 days of the purchase Norton could provide compensation for up to $100. This is provided at no additional cost on all purchases, but would not apply to prices found through other retailers. We apologize again if the customer was not happy with their purchase.

    Had an issue with a brand new firearm that was never fired, But since it was transferred to me they offered no help in getting the firearm fixed or replacing it. I will never do business with them in person or online!

    We were very sorry to hear that the customer had issues with their firearm. We were contacted by the customer advising that they did have issues after the firearm was transferred from the FFL. We do advise everyone to fully inspect a firearm prior to taking possession of the firearm from the FFL as that is the point that we can assist with returns for replacement or refund if there are any issues. Once a firearm is transferred we are then unable to bring that firearm back as it would be considered used at that point, even if it has not been fired. We did advise the customer if they were having issues with the firearm that they could reach out to the manufacturer for assistance as it would be covered under their warranty. Most manufacturers would cover shipping for warranty returns, but in the event that they do not we can assist by providing a shipping label to send a firearm back for warranty repair. The customer also inquired about our supplemental warranty, which we do offer as an option during checkout, but that warranty was not purchased for this firearm and would only go into effect once the manufacturer's warranty had expired.

    They sell a crappy insurance coverage and Buds knows ahead of time that the insurer will deny a lot of claims. It is a rip off and Buds knows all about it. Poor showing and there are many better internet providers with all the inventory and sources at the same prices.

    We are very sorry to hear that the customer did not receive their package. The insurance that we offer goes through the carriers. Whenever a claim is initiated it is the carriers that investigate and decide if the claim is valid so that they can reimburse us. If we do not purchase the shipping insurance then the carriers would not reimburse us the full amount of the order, that is why we suggest the insurance since then it would cover the full replacement value if the order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. However, shipping carriers cannot guarantee the package after delivery. In this case, there was proof of delivery showing that both of the customer's orders were delivered correctly on the same day, 9/11. We were not contacted about the missing packages until 10/18 and the information was forwarded to our claims team, however, due to the delivery being over a month old and having valid proof of delivery the claim was denied. We apologize for any inconvenience.
