    I purchased a shotgun from Bud's in March of 2022. As part of the purchase, I opted for Bud's
    "lifetime warranty". In June of 2024, the gun physically broke, and after the manufacture declined to fix the broken part (the gun was out of production by then), I started the "lifetime warranty" claim with Bud's. After 6 months and several back-and-forth emails requesting additional information, several messages stating "our warranty Department is backlogged, etc. etc. etc., now Bud's won't even give me a courtesy update or even return a status inquiry.
    Customer service is highly suspect, and the fact that they do not want to honor their warranty should be a huge red flag to all customers.
    Unfortunately, this was my second and final purchase from Bud's. My next stop is with the BBB, and possible litigation for resolution.

    We apologize for any inconvenience. We have received the firearm and we have been in contact with the customer to let them know that the warranty claim is still underway. In this case, we received the firearm In early September and we started the process to get the firearm sent back for repair. As we are not the manufacturer of the firearm in many cases we would contact the manufacturer/importer to warranty the firearm. There was some confusion that did cause some delays with getting the firearm sent back as they were requesting that we register the firearm prior to starting the repair. After we had cleared up the confusion we were able to send the firearm back for inspection and repair, the firearm was sent out from us on 12/17. At this time the firearm is with the importer for repair.

    Good Afternoon, I tried to purchase a weapon after hours. The app for Credova that I was referred to by your internet store page froze. The price of the item increassed today. I just called called today 1.27 because your closed on weekends and spoke with Ruth and her Supervisor Troy and was told they see where I tried to purchase thw item and the account is waiting for the application from Credova but because the price has increased they wouldn't price match it after it falls of the system and I try it again. At this time I have to pay the current price. I honestly feel as this is bad customer service. Your people see the issues and are aware of it and admit it. Then to say use the make a offer button toward the end of the conversation. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Companies that treat people in this manner fall by the wayside over time.

    We are very sorry for any inconvenience. All of our inventory is priced based on our cost, and it updates automatically whenever we have to pull from new inventory that has a different cost. This means that our price can go down if we get new inventory at a lower price in stock, or go up if we sell out of inventory that we received at a lower price and now have to pull from inventory that we paid more for. Upon reviewing the contract we do show that the contract was not completed, this means that the financing contract was not finalized and an order could not be placed. At this time the contract shows that it is pending approval. Unfortunately, we are not able to secure inventory for an order until the order is completed so it is possible for our cost to change for items up until the order is completed, and since our price changing means that our cost changed we cannot provide a previous price once the price has updated.
